Claims (6)

  1. 파라-페닐렌디아민 또는 N,N'-비스-4-아미노페닐 테레프탈아미드와 테레프탈산 클로라이드를 3급 아민용매와 금속 할로겐염 및 피리딘계 존재하에 반응시켜 고유점도(Ⅰ.V)가 5.0 이상인 폴리파라페닐렌테레프탈아미드 섬유속을 방사하지 않고 직접 단섬유로 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 3급 아민용매가 디메틸아세트아미드, 메틸피롤리돈 에틸피롤리돈 또는 헥사메틸포스포아미드 중에서 한가지 이상으로 이루어진 제조 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 금속 할로겐염이 3급 아민용매에 대하여 2-6무게%의 염화리튬 또는 염화칼슘으로 이루어진 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 피리딘계가 3급 아민용매에 대하여 7-15부피 %의 피리딘 또는 피콜린으로 이루어진 제조방법.
  5. 단 섬유를 제조함에 있어서, 기계적 시어링은 교반날개의 끝 선 속소가 170cm/sec이상의 교반 속도를 말하며, 튜브를 통과하여 저속에서 고속으로 변할때의 통과선속도가 170-500cm/sec로 통과하여 섬유장의 길이가 2-30mm, 섬도가 0.1-3denier인 폴리파라 페닐렌테레프탈 아미드 단섬유의 제조방법.
