Abstract

Procedimiento de obtención de una poliamida reforzada con fibra de vidrio, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: (a) añadir de 65 a 90 partes en peso aproximadamente de fibras de vidrio a un molde, teniendo dichas fibras de vidrio una longitud de por lo menos 6 mm: (b) preparar una solución de lactama líquida aniónicamente polimerizable; c) formar dicha solución de lactama líquida añadiendo conjuntamente un agente aglutinante silánico para la fibra de vidrio, un catalizador, un promotor y una cantidad de monómeros de lactama tal que tras la polimerización se produzca de 10 a 35 partes en peso de una poliamida, teniendo dichos monómeros de lactama de 3 a 16 átomos de carbono; siendo la cantidad de agente aglutinante silánico del orden de 0,01 a 10,6 partes en peso por 100 partes de dicha fibra de vidrio; siendo el catalizador una lactama de metal alcalino.
