Claims (10)
- 적어도 99.4% 이상의 순도를 갖는 정결 분리된 산화 아연을 함유하는 섬유가 염소유발 퇴화에 증진된 내성이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스판덱스 섬유.
- 산화아연이 0.025%정도의 유황 담량을 갖는 상기 청구범위 제1항에 의한 섬유.
- 산화아연이 적어도 99.7%이상의 순도와 0.005%저오ㄷ의 유황함량을 ㄱ자는 상기 청구범위 제1항에 의한 섬유.
- 산화아연 농도가 섬유의 1/2내지 10중량%의 범위에 있는 상기 청구범위 제1,2 또는 3항에 의한 섬유.
- 산화 아연 농도가 1내지 3% 범위에 있고 산화아연 입자의 평균크기가 0.1내지 1마이크론 범위에 있는 상기 청구범위 제1,2 또는 3항에 의한 섬유.
- 적어도 85%이상의 분절 폴리우레탄으로 구성된 장쇄 합성 중합체를 유기용매에 용해하고 따라서 형성된 중합체 용액을 오리피스를 통한 건식방사하여 섬유로 제조한 이 다음 섬유내에 유효량의 고순도 산화아연 입자를 분산시키는 것을 특징으로하는 스판덱스 섬유의 제조방법.
- 산화아연 입자가 적어도 99.4%이상의 순도와 0.025정도의 유황함량을 갖으며 또한 섬유의1/2내지 10중량%범위내에 산화아연 농도를 제공하는 상기 청구범위 제6항에 의한 제조방법.
- 산화아연입자가 적어도 99.7%의 순도, 0.005%정도의 유황함량 및 0.1내지 1마이크론 범위내에 평균크기를 갖으며 또한 섬유의 1내지 3중량%범위의 산화아연 농도를 제공하는 상기 청구버무이 제6항에 의한 제조방법.
- 산화아연 입자를 다른 부가물의 혼합물에 가한 다음 오리피스의 중합체 용액 상류로 사출하는 상기 청구범위 제6,7 또는 8항에 의한 제조방법.
- 산화아연 입자의 슬러리를 적합한 매개체에서 형성한 다음 오리피스의 중합체 용액 상류에 가하는 상기 청구범위 제6,7 또는 8항에 의한 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
