Claims (10)

  1. 카르복실 말단기농도가 감소된 섬유를 제조하기위한 고분자량 폴리에스테르 중합체의 용융방적방법으로서, 용융된 폴리에스테르중합체를 하나 이상의 다음일반식의 락팀화합물의 유효량과 혼합 및 반응시키는 단계:
    22-1
    (상기식에서, n은 2내지 15의 정수이고, m은 1 내지 4의 정수이며; R1과 R2는 각각 수소, 할로겐, 니트로, 아민, C1-C10알킬, C1-C12시클로알킬, C7-C9알킬방향족, 또는 C6-C10방향족이고, R3은 C1-C32알킬, C5-C14시클로알킬, C7-C16알킬 방향족, 및 C6-C14방향족으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1가-내지 4가 유기 라디칼이다.)
    반응된 용융중합체를 가압하에 방사기로 보내는 단계; 및 보다 낮은 압력 및 온도의 영역(zone)으로 락팀과 반응된 중합체를 압출하여 섬유를 형성하는 단계로 이루어지는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1과 R2는 각각 수소이고, R3은 C1-C32알킬, C5-C14시클로알킬 및 C7-C16알킬 방향족으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R3은 C1-C32알킬이고, 중합체중량을 기준으로 0.1~5.0중량퍼세트의 락팀화합물이 중합체와 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 0.1 내지 2.0중량퍼센트의 락팀화합물이 중합체와 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 락팀이 0-메틸 카프로락팀; 0-에틸 카프로락팀: 0,0'-부틸렌 비스-카프로락팀; 0,0'-트리에틸렌 글리콜 비스-카프로락팀; 및 0,0'-디에틸렌 글리콜 비스-카프로락팀-으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, m이 2내지 4의 정수이고 R3이 2가-내지 4가 라디칼인 상기식의 락팀화합물을, 고유점도가 증가된 섬유를 제조하기에 충분한 양으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, R1과 R2가 각각 수소이고, R3이 C1-C32알킬, C5-C14시클로알킬 및 C7-C16알킬방향족으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서 R3이 C1-C32알킬이며 중합체의 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 5.0중량퍼센트의 락팀화합물이 중합체와 혼합되는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 0.1 내지 2.0중량퍼센트의 락팀화합물이 중합체와 혼합되는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 0.1 내지 1.0중량퍼센트의 락팀화합물이 중합체와 혼합되는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
