Claims (11)

  1. 용융 비히클로서 폴리에틸렌 글리콜을 사용하여 용융 과립화 함으로써 과립상 염료 제제를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 수분을 함유하는 염료를 사용하고, 염료/폴리에틸렌 글리콜 용융물로 부터 수분을 부분적으로 증발시켜 과립상 제제의 수분함량을 1 내지 30중량%로 조정함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 염료의 수분함량이 5중량% 이상인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 출발염료가 습윤 필터 케이크형태, 합성용액 또는 현탁액 형태, 또는 합성용융물형태, 또는 수성 오일 형태인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 수분함량이 10 내지 90중량%인 염료를 과립화하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 수분함량이 10 내지 50중량%인 염료를 과립화하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 염료 1부당 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 0.1 내지 2부를 사용하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 염료 1부당 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 0.2 내지 1.5부를 사용하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 분자량이 1,000 내지 40,000인 폴리에틸렌 글리콜을 사용하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 분자량이 1,500 내지 20,000인 폴리에틸렌 글리콜을 사용하는 방법.
  10. 수분을 함유하는 염료를 사용하고, 용융 비히클로서 폴리에틸틸 글리콜을 사용하며, 염료/폴리에틸렌글리콜 용융물로 부터 수분을 부분적으로 증발시켜 과립상 제제의 수분 함량을 1 내지 30중량%로 조정하여 용융 과립화 시킴으로써 제조된 과립상 염료 제제.
  11. 제1항에서 제조된 과립상 염료 제제로 부터 제조된 염액, 패딩액 또는 날염호를 사용하여 천연 및/또는 합성섬유, 바람직하게는 폴리아마이드로 구성된 섬유물질을 염색 또는 날염하는 방법.
