Claims (2)

  1. 결정성 폴리프로필렌으로 구성되는 제1성분과 주로 폴리에틴렌으로 구성되는 제2성분을, 제2성분이 섬유표면의 적어도 일부를 길이 방향으로 연속하여 존재하도록 병열형또는 초심형으로 배열하고, 방사후 제1성분의 Q값이 3.5이상이 되게끔 방사한 미연신사를 연속한 토우형으로 접속하며, 연신에 선행하여 이 미연신사를 80℃ 이상에서 또 제2성분의 융점이하 온도에서 예열하고, 계속하여 연신배율이 3.0배 이상으로, 또 복합성분중 어느 하나도 파단하지 않는 배율로 연신을 행하며, 연신종료점 이후에는 연신토우를 상기예열 온도이하로 냉각해두고, 또 1쌍의 닙 롤(Nip roll)중 적어도 한쪽 롤이 비금속롤로 구성된 인출롤을 사용하여, 50℃이하로 냉각된 이 연신토우를 인출시킴으로서 권축수 4내지 12cm/초이고, 권축탄성율 75% 이상인 현재권축(顯在捲縮)을 갖고, 또 잠재권축은 실질적으로 갖지 않는 열접착성 복합섬유를 수득하며, 이 복합섬유단독 또는 이 복합섬유를 적어도 20중량% 이상 함유하는 웨브를 이 복합섬유의 제2성분 융점이상, 제1성분의 융점이하 온도에서 열처리하여 만들어지는, 주로 열접착성 복합섬유의 제2성분의 융착에 의해 조직이 안정화 됨을 특징으로 하는 벌크성 부직포의 제조방법. (단, 여기서 (Q=(Mw/Mn)으로 Mw는 중량평균 분자량, Mn은 수평균 분자량이다).
