제1도, 제2도 및 제3도는 각각 본 발명에 따른 열접착성 복합섬유의 단면구성의 태양을 모시적으로 나타낸 단면도이며.
제4도는 줄무늬상의 응집부가 시이드부에 형성된 상태의 예를 나타낸 스케치이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 2종의 폴리프로필렌계 폴리머의 코어 성분으로 이루어진 병렬형 복합구조를 가지며 그의 복합비가 1:2내지 2:1이며 또한 한쪽의 코어성분의 Q치(여기에서 Q=중량 평균 분자량/수평균 분자량)가 6 이상이고 다른쪽의 코어성분의 Q치가 5 이하인 코어부와, 융점이 상기 2종의 코어성분의 낮은 쪽의 융점보다도 20。C 이상 낮은 폴리에틸렌계 폴리머의 시이드성분으로 이루어지고 상기 코어부와의 합계량을 기준으로 하여 25 내지 55중량 %의 비율로 상기 코어부를 피복시키는 조건(이하 시이드부의 조건이라고 칭함)을 적어도 만족시키는 시이드부로 이루어진 열접착성 복합섬유를 적어도 30중량 %함유하고, 이 열접착성 복합섬유의 시이드부의 섬유간 접착부에 의해 안정화되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 부직포.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 열접착성 복합섬유 그의 시이드부가 상기 조건을 만족시키는 부직포.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 열접착성 복합섬유가 그의 시이드부가 상기 조건을 만족시킴과 동시에 시이드부의 다수의 각 부분에 있어서 시이드 성분으로 이루어진 줄무늬상의 응집부가 형성되어 있는 부직포.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 열접착성 복합섬유의 2종 코어성분의 적어도 한쪽의 폴리프로필렌계 폴리머가 폴리프로필렌인 부직포.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에있어서, 열접착성 복합섬유의 2종의 코어성분의 적어도 한쪽의 폴리프로필렌계 폴리머가 프로필렌과 프로필렌 이외의 소량의 α-올레핀과의 코폴리머인 부직포.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 열접착성복합성유의 시이드성분의 폴리에틸렌계 폴리머가 폴리에틸렌인 부직포.
  7. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나네 있어서, 열접착성 복합섬유의 시이드 성분의 폴리에틸렌계 폴리머가 에틸렌 성분 98 내지 60 중량%의 에틸렌-초산 비닐코폴리머인 부직포.
  8. 2종의 폴리프로필렌계 폴리머를 각각 2종 코어성분용으로, 또한 융점이 상기 2종의 폴리프로필렌계 폴리머의 낮은쪽의 융점보다도 20。C 이상 낮은 폴리프로필렌계 폴리머를 시이드성분용으로 각각 사용하여 복합 방사하고, 2종의 코어성분으로 이루어진 병렬형복합구조를 가지며 그의 복합비가 1:2 내지 2:1이고 또한 한쪽의 코어성분의 Q치(여기에서 Q= 중량평균 분자량/수평균 분자량)가 6이상이고 다른쪽의 코어 성분의 치가 5이하인 코어부를 시이드성분으로 이루어진 시이드부가 상기 코어부와 합계량을 기준으로 하여 25 내지 55중량 %의 비율로서 코어부를 피복시킨 구조의 복합미연신사를 수득하고, 이 복합미연신사를 1단 이상의 연신공정으로 연신하여 열접착성 복합섬유를 제조하며, 상기 열접착성 복합섬유를 적어도 30중량% 함유하는 웹을 제조하여 시시드 성분의 융점보다도 높게 2종의 코어성분의 낮응쪽의 융점보다도 낮은 온도에서 가열 처리함을 특징으로 하는 부직포의 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 연신공정에서 복합미연신사를 상온 내지 130˚C 의 연신온도에서 총합 연신 배율로서 1.3 내지 9배로 연신하여 열접착성 복합섬유를 제조하는 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 연신공정에 있어서 복합미연신사를 연신하기에 앞서 상기 복합미연신사를 비긴장하에 80˚C 이상에 시이드성분의 융점 이하의 온도로 10초간 이상 가열처리한 후에 상온으로 냉각하고, 이어서 상온에서 1.3 내지 2배로 제1단 연신을 수행하고, 계속해서 이완시키지 않고 80˚C 이상에서 시이드성분의 융점보다도 낮은 온도로 제2단 연신을 수행하며, 이때의 연신 배율을 제2단 연신에서의 최고 연신배율의 90% 이상으로 하여 시이드부에 응집부 형성성부분을 가진 열접착성복합섬유를 제조하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 복합방사-공정에서 코어성분용의 폴리프로필랜계 폴리머 및 사이드 성분용의 폴리에틸렌계 폴리머의 적어도 어느것이든지 한쪽에 폴리실옥산 및 불소화합물중에 선택된 1종이상을 피첨가 폴리머를 기준으로 하여 0.05 내지 1.0중량% 첨가하고 복합방사하여 수득되는 복합미연신사를 연신하고, 시이드부에 응집부 형성성부분을 가진 열접착성 복합섬유를 제조하는 방법.
