Claims (12)
- (a) 94 내지 99% 나일론 66염에 1 내지 6% 나일론 6 및 0.001 내지 2% 가용성 무기 금속염을 첨가하여 나일론 66/6염 용액을 형성시키고:(b) 상기 염용액을 중합시켜 중합체를 형성시킨 다음:(c) 상기 중합체를 필라멘트 형태로 압출시키는 단계를 포함하는 나일론 66/6공중합체 섬유의 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 240℃ 이상의 온도에서 필라멘트를 권축시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 필라멘트를 권축시키기 전에 170℃이상에서 필라멘트를 연신 및 가열하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 필라멘트가 270℃이상의 온도에서 권축되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가용성 무기 금속염이 칼슘염인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 칼슘염이 칼슘 아세테이트인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 가용성 무기 금속염이 칼슘염인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 칼슘염이 칼슘아세테이트인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 가용성 무기 금속염이 칼슘염인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 칼슘염이 칼슘아세테이트인 방법.
- 132℃에서 중열고정한 후 냉온염색속도가 1000이상이고 구정등급이 1임을 특징으로 하는, 1 내지 6%나일론 6,94 내지 99% 나일론 66 및 0.001 내지 2%의 고반응성 금속을 포함하는 폴리아미드 섬유.
