Abstract

본 발명은 나일론-46 섬유 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 나일론-46 폴리머로부터 나일론-46 섬유를 제조하는 공정에서 냉각시 고온저속으로 냉각시켜 미세한 구정이 다수 형성된 미연신사를 제조하고 연신후 열처리에 의하여 구정크기를 성장시키므로써 라텍스와의 접착면적을 크게 한 타이어 코드용으로 적합한 나일론-46 섬유 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 나일론-46 폴리머를 용융방사한 후 냉각풍 온도 20~25℃, 냉각풍속 0.3~0.5m/sec, 냉각길이 200~250cm의 조건으로 냉각, 고화시킨 다음, 3~5배로 연신하고, 150~200℃의 온도로 0.5~1.0초동안 열처리 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나일론-46 섬유의 제조방법.
  2. 2,748㎛2당 구정수가 60 이상이고, 구정길이가 10~17㎛이며, 강도가 9g/d이상이고, 건열수축율(180℃ X 30분)이 3.5% 이하임을 특징으로 하는 나일론-46 섬유의 제조방법.
