Abstract
고융점 폴리비닐 알콜계 중합체(A) 및 저융점 수용성 중합체(B)를 중합체 (A)용 용매중에서 혼합하여 방사 용액을 제조한 후 생성된 필라멘트가 단면에서 균일하게 고화되도록 용액을 저온 방사시킴으로써 해 성분으로서 고융점 폴리비닐 알콜계 중합체(A)및 도 성분으로서 저융점 수용성 중합체를 함유하는 해도 구조의 섬유를 형성한다. 이러한 섬유에서, 도 성분의 적어도 일부는 섬유 표면으로부터 2㎛ 내부의 섬유영역에 존재하며 섬유 표면은 실질적으로 도 성분을 함유하지 않는다. 이러한 섬유는 일반적으로 매트릭스 상, 즉 고융점 폴리비닐 알콜 섬유의 성능을 나타내나; 섬유를 고온에서 가압하였을 때, 저융점 중합체(도성분)는 섬유 표면으로 밀려나 섬유간에 열 결합이 나타난다. 섬유의 이러한 특성 때문에, 부직포는 섬유로 부터 유리하게 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (12)
- 완전 수용해 온도가 100℃ 이하이고 인장 강도가 3g/d 이상인 해도 구조로서, 구조의 해 성분이 수용성 폴리비닐 알콜계 중합체(A)이며 도성분이 융점 또는 융착 온도가 각각 중합체(A)의 융점보다 20℃이상 낮은 수용성 중합체(B)이며, 도 성분의 적어도 일부의 섬유가 섬유 표면으로부터 0.01~2㎛ 내부의 섬유 영역에 존재하는 수용성 열압착성 폴리비닐 결합제 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유 단면의 도의 수가 5 이상인 결합제 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유 단면이 일정한 구조이며 스킨-코어 구조가 아닌 결합제 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 도 성분의 적어도 일부가 섬유 표면으로부터 0.01~1㎛ 내부의 섬유 영역에 존재하는 결합제 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체(A)가 융점이 200~230℃인 열수용성 폴리비닐 알콜계 중합체인 결합체 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체(A)가 중합도가 500~24,000이며 비누화도가 92~99몰%인 폴리비닐 알콜계 중합체이거나 0.1~3몰%로 코모노머 단위를 사용하여 변성된 폴리비닐 알콜계 중합체이며, 중합체(B)는 중합도가 50~4,000이며 비누화도가 50~92몰%인 폴리비닐 알콜계 중합체이거나 3~10몰%로 코모노머 단위를 사용하여 변성된 폴리비닐 알콜계 중합체인 결합제 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인장 강도가 5g/d 이상인 결합제 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체(B)의 융점 또는 융착 온도가 각각 중합체(A)의 융점보다 30℃ 이상 낮은 결합제 섬유.
- 수용성 폴리비닐 알콜계 중합체(A) 및 융점 또는 융착 온도가 각각 중합체(A)의 융점보다 20℃ 이상 낮은 수용성 중합체(B)를 중합체(A)용 용매에 98/2~55/45의 중량비로 혼합하여 방사 용액을 제조하고, 용액을 방사 및 균일하게 고화시키기 위해 해 성분으로서 중합체(A) 및 도 성분으로서 중합체(B)를 함유하는 해도 구조의 섬유를 형성하고, 이어서, 섬유를 연신하는 것으로 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 수용성 열압착성 폴리비닐 알콜계 결합제 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 용매가 디메틸 술폭시드인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 정의된 결합제 섬유를 10% 이상 함유하는 건식 부직포 또는 습식 부직포인 부직포에 있어서, 부직포를 구성하는 섬유의 적어도 일부가 결합제 섬유 내부로부터 밀려나온 중합체(B)를 사용하여 서로 고정되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 부직포.
- 제1항에 정의된 결합제 섬유를 10% 이상 함유하는 웹을 80~220℃의 온도 및 1kg/cm 이상의 선형 압력 또는 2kg/㎠이상의 면적 압력의 조건하에 열 가압하여 섬유간을 고정시키는 것으로 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 부직포의 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
