Claims (10)

  1. 부타디엔 50중량% 이상, 기교제 0.2~20중량% 및 잔여가 부타디엔과 공중합 가능한 에틸렌계 불포화단량체로 된 혼합단량체를 각 단계에서 사용하여 1단계 또는 다단계 시이드 유화중합하여 얻어지는 입도가 600~300Å, 전체가교제양이 고무중합체에 대하여, 1.0~10중량%, 고무중합체의 팽윤도가 7 이하의 고도로 가교된 부타디엔계 고무중합체 70~85중량부를 함유하는 라텍스의 존재하에 가교제 0~10중량%을 함유하는 메타크릴산 알킬과 방향족 비닐단량체 및 선택적으로 가교제 0~10중량%을 함유하는 불포화 니트릴로 구성된 혼합단량체, 15~30중량부를 1단계 또는 다단계로 첨가중합함에 의하여 얻어진 그라프트 공중합체(상기 단량체 혼합물 및 고무중합체의 합계량이 100중량부가 됨) 2~40중량%와 염화비닐계수지 60~98%중량로 이루어지는 우수한 내충격성 내용력백화성을 지닌 염화비닐계 수지조성물.
  2. 그라프타 공중합체는 고무중합체 라텍스의 존재하에 단량체 혼합물을 중합함에 의하여 얻어지는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 염화비닐계 수지조성물.
  3. 그라프트 공중합체는 단량체 혼합물을 2단계로 중합함에 의하여 얻어지며, 2단계에서 중합되어질 단량체 혼합물은 1단계에서 중합되는 단량체 혼합물은 1단계에서 중합되는 단량체 혼합물보다 더 많은 량의 메타크릴산 알킬을 함유하는 특허 청구의 범위 1기재의 염화비닐계 수지조성물.
  4. 1단계에서 중합체는 단량체 혼합물은 메타크릴산 알킬 및 방향족비닐 단량체를 함유하며, 2단계에서 중합되는 단량체 혼합물은 메타크릴산 알킬을 함유하고, 그리고 각 단량체 혼합물이 0~10중량%의 가교제 및 불포화 니트릴을 함유하는 특허청구의 범위 3기재의 염화비닐계 수지조성물.
  5. 가교 고무중합체에 접목되는 단량체 혼합물은 전체량이 10~90중량%의 방향족 비닐단량체, 90~10중량%의 메타크릴산 알킬, 0~50중량%의 불포화 니트릴 및 0~10중량%의 가교제를 함유하는 특허청구의 범위 1 내지 4기재의 염화비닐계 수지 조성물.
  6. 가교 고무중합체의 평균 입도는 1,500~3,000Å인 특허 청구의 범위 1 내지 5기재의 염화비닐계 수지 조성물.
  7. 가교 고무중합체는 혼합 단량체의 일부를 중합함에 의하여 얻어진 고무중합체의 존재하에서 추가량의 혼합단량체를 중합하는 것을 포함하는 2단계 시이드중합에 의하여 얻어지는 특허청구의 범위 1 내지 6기재의 염화 비닐계 수지조성물.
  8. 가교 고무중합체는 2단계 시이드중합에 의하여 얻어지는 특허 청구의 범위 7 기재의 염화비닐계 수지조성물.
  9. 그라프트 공중합체는 72.5~85중량부의 가교 고무중합체의 존재하에 27.5~15중량부의 단량체 혼합물을 중합함에 의하여 얻어지는 특허 청구의 범위 1 내지 8기재의 염화비닐계 수지조성물.
