Claims (13)

  1. 염화비닐계수지 60∼97%와, (1) 공역(共役)디엔 5∼49%, 방향족비닐 및 방향족비닐과 아크린산알킬 도는 메타크릴산알킬과의 혼합물로 이루어진 군(群)에서 선정된 모노에틸렌성 불포화단량체 41∼95% 및 가교제 0∼10%로 이루어진 심중합체(芯重合體) 10∼60부와, (2) 공역디엔 60%이상, 가교제 0∼5% 및 잔여얄의 방향족비닐 및 방향족비닐과 아크릴산알킬 또는 메타크릴산알킬과의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선정된 모노에틸렌성 불포화단량체로 이루어지며 상기 심중합체상에 형성된 내측피복중합체 20∼75부 (3) 및 가교 0∼10% 제 및 메타크릴산알킬과 방향족비닐과의 혼합물 및 메타크릴산알킬과 방향족비닐과, 불포화니트릴의 혼합물에서 선정된 잔여량의 혼합단량체로 이루어지며 상기 내측층(層) 중합체상에 형성된 외측피복중합체 (단, 중합체(1),(2) 및 (3)의 합계량은 100부로 하고 「%」및 「부」로 표시된 양은 모두 중량기준) 3∼40%로 이루어진 내충격성, 내백화성이 뛰어난 염화비닐계수지 조성물.
  2. 외측피복중합체가 가교제 0∼10중량%, 0∼40%중량%의 불포화니트릴과 잔부량의메타크릴산알킬과 방향존비닐의 혼합물로 이루어진 혼합단량체 15 내지 50중량부를 1회로 중합시켜서 얻어진 것인 특허청구의 범위1 기재의 염화비닐계 수지조성물.
  3. 외측피복중합체가 가교제 0∼10중량%, 불포화니트릴 0∼40중량% 및 잔부의 메타크릴산알킬과 방향족비닐과의 혼합물로 이루어진 혼합단량체를 중합하는 제1공정과, 가교제 0∼10중량%, 불포화니트릴 0∼50중량%와 잔부의 베타크릴산알킬과의 혼합단량체를 중합하는 제2공정의 두 공정에 의해 얻어진 것인 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 염화비닐수지 조성물.
  4. 외측피복중합체의 50∼90%가 제1공정에서 얻어지며, 50∼10%가 제2공정에서 얻어지는 특허청구의 범위 3기재의 염화비닐수지 조성물.
  5. 심중합체가 공역디엔 7∼45%, 모노에틸렌성불포화단량체 45∼93%가, 가교제 0.01∼9%의 공중합체인 특허청구의 범위 1∼4기재의 염화비닐수지 조성물.
  6. 심중합체를 형성하기 위한 공역디엔이 부라디엔이며, 모노에틸렌성불포화단량체가 스티렌 및 스티렌 MMA와의 혼합물에서 선정되고, 가교제가 디비닐벤젠인 특허청구의 범위 1∼5기재의 염화비닐수지 조성물.
  7. 심중합체의 유리전이점이 -15℃이상인 특허청구 범위 1∼6기재의 염화비닐수지 조성물.
  8. 내측피복중합체가 공역디엔 65∼95%, 모노에틸렌성불포화단량체 5∼35%, 가교제 0.01∼4.5%의 공중합체인 특허청구의 범위 1∼7기재의 염화비닐수지 조성물.
  9. 내측피복중합체를 형성하기 위한 공역디엔의 부타디엔이며, 모노에틸렌성 불포화단량체가 스티렌성 및 스티렌과 MMA와의 혼합물에서 선정되고, 가교제가 디비닐벤젠인 특허청구의 범위 1∼8기재의 염화비닐수지 조성물.
  10. 외측피복중합체가 메타크릴산알킬 15∼85, 방향족비닐 15∼85%, 아크릴로니트릴 0∼30%의 공중합체인 특허청구의 범위 1∼9기재의 염화비닐수지 조성물.
  11. 외측피복중합체를 형성하는 메타크릴산알킬이 MMA이며, 방향족비닐이 스티렌이고, 불포화니트릴인 특허청구의 범위 1∼10기재의 염화비닐수지 조성물.
  12. 내충격성 변성제가 삼중합체 15∼55부, 내측피복중합체 25∼70부 외측피복중합체 17.5∼40부 (합계랑은 100부)로 이루어진 특허청구의 범위 1∼11기재의 염화비닐수지 조성물.
  13. 염화비닐계수지가 폴리염화비닐 또는 염화비닐을 70%이상 함유하는 염화비닐과 이것이 공중합 가능한 에틸렌성불포화단량체와의 공중합체인 특허청구의 범위 1∼12기재의 염화비닐수지 조성물.
