Claims (1)

  1. 4-구아니디노 메틸시클로 헥산카복실산 또는 그의 반응성 유도체를 일반식(II)의 화합물 또는 그의 반응성 유도체와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(I)의 구아니디노 시클로헥산 카복실산 유도체 및 그의 염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서
    R1은 인다닐, 인들릴, 퀴놀릴, 또는 크로모닐그룹, 일반식의 그룹
    (여기서 R2는 할로겐원자 또는 니트로그룹이다), 또는 일반식의 그룹(여기서 R3는 할로겐원자, 알킬, 니트로, 시아노, 아세트아미노, 아미노설포닐, 벤조일, 페녹시, 트리플루오로메틸 그룹이고, R4는 수소 또는 할로겐원자 또는 알킬그룹이고, R5는 수소 또는 할로겐원자, 또는 알킬 그룹이다)을 뜻한다.
