Claims (19)

  1. 씹스트레이트 표면 부위에 적어도 부분적으로 충전제를 함유하는 플라스틱 씹스트레이트와 성형조작시 주형표면으로부터 씹스트레이트로 전이되는 견고하게 접착되는 피복물로 구성되고 어떤 마무리 가공을하지 않고 표면이 부드러운 성형부품.
  2. 충전제가 입자인 청구범위 1에 따른 성형부품.
  3. 충전제가 섬유질 보강물질 청구범위 1에 따른 성형부품
  4. 섬유질 보강물질이 유리인 청구범위 4에 따른 성형부품
  5. 유리 보강물질이 연속 유리매트 형태인 청구범위 4에 따른 성형부품
  6. 유리 보강제가 느슨한 섬유형태인 청구범위 4에 따른 성형부품
  7. 플라스틱 썹스트레이트가 폴리우레탄인 청구범위 1에 따른 성형부품
  8. 플라스틱 썹스트레이트가 폴리에스테르인 청구범위 1에 따른 성형부품
  9. 피복물이 폴리우레탄인 청구범위 1에 따른 성형부품
  10. 피복물이 아크릴 중합체인 청구범위 1에 따른 성형부품
  11. 충전제가 입자인 경우에 피복물 두께가 최고 0.5mm이고, 충전제가 섬유질 보강물질인 경우에 최고 2.0mm인 청구범위 1에 따른 성형부품
  12. 성형가기전에 주형의 표면을 반응성 플라스틱 성형물질에 대한 방응 촉진제를 함유하는 피복 조성물로 피복시킨후, 플라스틱 썹스트레이트를 함께 함유하는 반응성 플라스틱 성형물질과 충전제를 주형에 도입하며 상기 피복물 내의 상기 반응촉진제는 상기 피복조성물을 상기 주형표면으로분터 상기 썹스트레이트로 전이 및 결합시킨후 상기 부품을 성형한 다음 어떠한 표면 가공처리하지 않고 표면이 부드러운 성형부품을 주형으로부터 제거함으로서 썹스트레이트의 표면 부위에 적어도 부분적으로 존재하는 충전제를 함유하는 플라스틱 썹스트레이트와 그 위에 견고히 접착된 피복물을 함유하는 성형부품을 제조하는 방법.
  13. 공정이 반응 사출성형이며 반응성 플라스틱 성형물질이 폴리우레탄인 청구범위 12에 따른 방법
  14. 공정이 압축성형이며 반응성 플라스틱 성형물질이 폴리에스테르인 청구범위 12의 방법.
  15. 반응 촉진제가 디부틸인 디로로이트인 청구범위 13에 따른 방법.
  16. 반응 촉진제가 자유라디칼 개시제인 청구범위 14에 따른 방법.
  17. 반응 촉진제가 유기 과산화물인 청구범위 16에 따른 방법.
  18. 반응 촉진제가 알킬 과에스테르인 청구범위 16에 따른 방법.
  19. 반응 촉진제가 아조니트릴인 청구범위 16에 따른 방법.
