Abstract
복합물의 중량을 기준으로 열경화성 폴리에스테르 매트릭스 내에 30중량% 이상의 강화 섬유를 함유하고 있는 섬유 강화 열경화성 폴리에스테르 복합물을 제조하기 위한 진공 보조 이송 성형법.
열경화성 폴리에스테르 매트릭스가 매트릭스 전구물질의 중량을 기준으로 a) 150 내지 190의 분자량/이중결합 인자를 가진 20 내지 60%의 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지; b) 30 내지 70%의 반응성 단량체; c) 폴리에스테르수지와 반응성 단량체의 블렌드물에 혼화성이 있는 1 내지 25%의 열가소성 고분자; d) 개시량의 자유리디칼개시제를 함유하는 단일상 매트릭스 전구물질로부터 제조된다.
선체 및 트럭 차체 패널과 같은 성형물을 제조하는 것은 겔 코팅 및 신 라미네이트(shin laminate)인 상기의 방법에 따라 만들어진 복합물을 포함한다.

Claims (12)
- 복합물의 중량을 기준으로 열경화성 폴리에스테르 매트릭스내에 30중량% 이상의 강화 섬유를 함유하고 있는 섬유 강화 열경화성 폴리에스테르 복합물을 제조하기 위한 진공 보조 이송성형법에 있어서, 열경화성 폴리에스테르 매트릭스가 매트릭스 전구물질의 중량을 기준으로 a) 150 내지 190의 분자량/이중 결합 인자를 가진 20 내지 60%의 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지; b) 30 내지 70%의 반응성 단량체; c) 폴리에스테르 수지와 반응성 단량체의 블렌드물에 혼화성이 있는 1 내지 25%의 열가소성 고분자; d) 개시량의 자유라디칼 개시제를 함유하는 단일상 매트릭스 진구물질로부터 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 진공 보조 이송성형법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지의 수 평균 분자량이 500 내지 5,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열가소성 고분자의 중량 평균 분자량이 3,000 내지 1,000,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 고분자가 폴리비닐 아세테이트, 폴리에스테르계 폴리우레탄, 폴리카프로락탐, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 부트레이트, 포화 폴리에스테르 그리고 알킬 메타아크릴레이트(들)(알킬기가 1∼4개의 탄소원자를 함유함)과 불포화 단량체(1개 이상의 수산기를 함유)의 공중합체들(분자량 1,000∼20,000)로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자유라디칼 개시제가 유기 과산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 매트릭스 전구물질이 0.1 내지 3중량%의 개시제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 매트릭스 전구물질이 매트릭스의 중량을 기준으로 10중량% 미만의 충전물을 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 매트릭스 전구물질이 어떤 탈성형제를 함유하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- a. 겔 코팅물 b. 표면 적층물 그리고 c. 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 만들어진 복합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 코아 인서트(core insert)를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 선체 또는 갑판에 사용되는 성형물.
