Claims (10)
- 메틸메타크릴레이트 예비중합체, 메틸메타크릴레이트가 주성분이 불포화 단량체들의 혼합물, 또는 메틸메타크릴레이트가 주성분이 불포화 단량체들과 그밖의 다른 불포화 단량체(들) 그 자체와 혼합물을 스트랜드에 의해 분리된 2개의 평행 패널로 이로어진 주형중에 주입하고, 중하반응이 완결되거나 수행되기 충분한 온도로 주형을 가열함으로써 중합체 패널을 주입 성형 제조하기 위한 스트랜드가 약 20∼120℃의 온도에서 탄성을 보유할 수 있으며, 약 115℃이상의 용융점 또는 연화점을 지닌 프로필렌 중합체 및 포화 풀리에스테르들 중에서 선택된 열가소성 중합체의 박층으로 외장된 가소화 폴리(비닐클로라이드)의 코어로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 중합체 패널의 주입성형 제조용 스트랜드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가소화 폴리(비닐클로라이드)로 제조된 코어와 열가소성 중합체의 외장과의 동시 압출에 의해 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 스트랜드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 외장이 폴리(에틸렌테레프탈레이트) 및 폴리 (부틸렌테레프탈레이트)들 중에서 선택된 포화폴리에스테르로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 스트랜드.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가소화 폴리(비닐클로라이드)가 폴리(비닐클로라이드)에 적어도 하나의 가소제, 및 필요한 경우 안정제 및 이형제 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 통상적인 첨가제를, 총혼합물 중량을 기준으로 하여 15∼60중량%의 하나 이상의 가소제량으로 배합함으로써 제조됨을 특징으로하는 스트랜드.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1∼40mm의 명목두께를 지님을 특징으로하는 스트랜드.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 외장이 0.1∼1mm의 두께를 지님을 특징으로 하는 스트랜드.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 60∼100의 쇼어 A경도를 지님을 특징으로 하는 스트랜드.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원형 또는 타원형 단면을 지니거나, 한쪽면이 사각형의 융기부로 확장되어 스트랜드가 주형의 하부 패널을 압박하도록 고안된 장방형 단면체로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 스트랜드.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합반응 완결즉시, 폴리(메틸메타크릴레이트)박판상에 스트랜드의 고착점이 구성되도록 외장벽중에 일차원적으로 간헐적인 홈들을 지님을 특징으로 하는 스트랜드.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 따른 스트랜드를 사용하면서 메틸메타크릴레이트 예비 중합체, 주성분이 메틸메타크릴레이트인 불포화 단량체들의 혼합물 , 또는 주성분이 메틸메타크릴레이트인 불포화 단량체들과 그밖에 다른 불포화 단량체들 그 자체와의 혼합물을 스트랜드에 의해 분리된 2개의 평행 패널로 이루어진 주형중에 주입하고, 주형의 온도를 충분히 상승시켜 중합반응을 완결하거나 수행함을 특징으로 하는 중합체 패널의 주입성형 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
