Abstract
식 중, A 및 X 는 식 (B-1) 로 나타내는 R1 ∼ R6 중, 1 개 지점을 결합 부위로 하는 1 가기. Z 는 식 (B-1) 로 나타내는 R1 ∼ R6 중, 1 개 지점을 결합 부위로 하는 1 가기, 방향족 탄화수소기, 방향족 복소 고리기 또는 축합 다고리 방향족기. Ar 은 방향족 탄화수소기, 방향족 복소 고리기, 축합 다고리 방향족기의 2 가기 또는 단결합. R1 ∼ R6 은 결합 부위로서의 연결기, 수소 원자, 중수소 원자, 불소 원자, 염소 원자, 시아노기, 니트로기, 직사슬형 혹은 분기형의 알킬기, 시클로알킬기, 알케닐기, 알킬옥시기, 시클로알킬옥시기, 방향족 탄화수소기, 방향족 복소 고리기, 축합 다고리 방향족기, 아릴옥시기. Q 는 질소 원자, 산소 원자 또는 황 원자.

Claims (3)
- 적어도 양극 전극, 정공 수송층, 발광층, 전자 수송층, 음극 전극 및 캡핑층을 이 순서로 갖는 유기 일렉트로 루미네선스 소자에 있어서, 상기 캡핑층이 하기 일반식 (A-1) 로 나타내는 벤조아졸 고리 구조를 갖는 아민 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로 루미네선스 소자.
(식 (A-1) 중, A 및 X 는 상호 동일해도 되고 상이해도 되고, 하기 일반식 (B-4), (B-5), (B-6) 또는 (B-7) 로 나타내고, 상기 A 및 X 중, 적어도 1 개 지점이 상기 일반식 (B-5) 또는 (B-7) 로 나타내는 벤조아졸 고리 구조를 갖고, Z 는, 치환 혹은 무치환의 방향족 탄화수소기 또는 치환 혹은 무치환의 축합 다고리 방향족기를 나타내고, Ar 은 각각, 상호 동일해도 되고 상이해도 되고, 치환 혹은 무치환의 방향족 탄화수소기, 치환 혹은 무치환의 축합 다고리 방향족기의 2 가기 또는 단결합을 나타낸다.)
(식 (B-4), (B-5), (B-6) 또는 (B-7) 중, 파선부를 결합 부위로 하고, R12 ∼ R15 는 상호 동일해도 되고 상이해도 되고, 수소 원자, 중수소 원자, 불소 원자, 염소 원자, 시아노기, 니트로기, 치환기를 갖고 있어도 되는 탄소 원자수 1 내지 6 의 직사슬형 혹은 분기형의 알킬기, 치환기를 갖고 있어도 되는 탄소 원자수 5 내지 10 의 시클로알킬기, 치환기를 갖고 있어도 되는 탄소 원자수 2 내지 6 의 직사슬형 혹은 분기형의 알케닐기, 치환기를 갖고 있어도 되는 탄소 원자수 1 내지 6 의 직사슬형 혹은 분기형의 알킬옥시기, 치환기를 갖고 있어도 되는 탄소 원자수 5 내지 10 의 시클로알킬옥시기, 치환 혹은 무치환의 방향족 탄화수소기, 치환 혹은 무치환의 축합 다고리 방향족기, 또는 치환 혹은 무치환의 아릴옥시기를 나타낸다.) - 적어도 양극 전극, 정공 수송층, 발광층, 전자 수송층, 음극 전극 및 캡핑층을 이 순서로 갖는 유기 일렉트로 루미네선스 소자에 있어서, 상기 캡핑층이 하기 일반식 (A-1) 로 나타내는 벤조아졸 고리 구조를 갖는 아민 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로 루미네선스 소자.
(식 (A-1) 중, A 및 X 는 상호 동일해도 되고 상이해도 되고, 상기 A 및 X 가 상기 일반식 (B-5) 또는 (B-7) 로 나타내는 벤조아졸 고리 구조를 갖고, Z 는, 치환 혹은 무치환의 방향족 탄화수소기, 치환 혹은 무치환의 방향족 복소 고리기 또는 치환 혹은 무치환의 축합 다고리 방향족기를 나타내고, Ar 은 각각, 상호 동일해도 되고 상이해도 되고, 치환 혹은 무치환의 방향족 탄화수소기, 치환 혹은 무치환의 축합 다고리 방향족기의 2 가기 또는 단결합을 나타낸다.)
(식 (B-5) 또는 (B-7) 중, 파선부를 결합 부위로 하고, R12 ∼ R15 는 상호 동일해도 되고 상이해도 되고, 수소 원자, 중수소 원자, 불소 원자, 염소 원자, 시아노기, 니트로기, 치환기를 갖고 있어도 되는 탄소 원자수 1 내지 6 의 직사슬형 혹은 분기형의 알킬기, 치환기를 갖고 있어도 되는 탄소 원자수 5 내지 10 의 시클로알킬기, 치환기를 갖고 있어도 되는 탄소 원자수 2 내지 6 의 직사슬형 혹은 분기형의 알케닐기, 치환기를 갖고 있어도 되는 탄소 원자수 1 내지 6 의 직사슬형 혹은 분기형의 알킬옥시기, 치환기를 갖고 있어도 되는 탄소 원자수 5 내지 10 의 시클로알킬옥시기, 치환 혹은 무치환의 방향족 탄화수소기, 치환 혹은 무치환의 축합 다고리 방향족기, 또는 치환 혹은 무치환의 아릴옥시기를 나타낸다.) - 제 1 전극과 제 2 전극의 사이에 발광층을 포함하는 유기층을 갖고,
상기 제 1 전극의 상기 유기층과 반대측의 면에 캡핑층이 적층되고,
상기 캡핑층이, 벤조아졸 고리 구조를 갖는 하기 일반식 (A-2) 로 나타내는 3 급 아민 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로 루미네선스 소자.
(식 (A-2) 중, Ar 은 단결합을 나타낸다. D 및 E 는, 각각 하기 식 (B-8) 로 나타내는 벤조아졸 고리 구조이고, 벤조아졸 고리 구조 중의 R22 가 식 (A-2) 중의 N 과 결합되어 있다. G 는, 치환 혹은 무치환의 방향족 탄화수소기이고,
식 (B-8) 중, R21 ∼ R26 은 각각, 수소 원자, 중수소 원자, 불소 원자, 염소 원자, 시아노기, 니트로기, 치환기를 갖고 있어도 되는 탄소 원자수 1 내지 6 의 직사슬형 혹은 분기형의 알킬기, 치환기를 갖고 있어도 되는 탄소 원자수 5 내지 10 의 시클로알킬기, 치환기를 갖고 있어도 되는 탄소 원자수 2 내지 6 의 직사슬형 혹은 분기형의 알케닐기, 치환기를 갖고 있어도 되는 탄소 원자수 1 내지 6 의 직사슬형 혹은 분기형의 알킬옥시기, 치환기를 갖고 있어도 되는 탄소 원자수 5 내지 10 의 시클로알킬옥시기, 치환 혹은 무치환의 방향족 탄화수소기, 치환 혹은 무치환의 축합 다고리 방향족기, 또는 치환 혹은 무치환의 아릴옥시기에서 선택되는 어느 것이다.
