Claims (10)
- 폴리아릴렌 설파이드의 제조에 앞서 실시되는, 폴리아릴렌 설파이드의 제조에 사용되는 원료 혼합물의 연속 탈수 방법으로서,
1 이상의 탈수조를 갖는 연속 탈수 장치에, 상기 원료 혼합물을 구성하는 유황원 및 유기 극성 용매를 연속적으로 공급하는 공급 공정과,
상기 원료 혼합물로부터 물을 연속적으로 제거하는 탈수 공정과,
상기 연속 탈수 장치로부터 함수량이 저감된 상기 원료 혼합물을 연속적으로 추출하는 추출 공정
을 동시 병행하여 수행하고,
상기 연속 탈수 장치에서의 상기 유황원 및 상기 유기 극성 용매가 공급되는 상기 탈수조의 온도가 110℃~270℃이며,
하기 식 (1)로 구해지는 탈수 효율 지수가 0.3 이상인, 연속 탈수 방법.
탈수 효율 지수=[상기 함수량이 저감된 원료 혼합물 중의 유황원의 몰 수(mol)]/[탈수 시간(hr)×(탈수조의 총 내용적(L))2/3]···(1)
(식 (1) 중, 탈수 시간은 상기 함수량이 저감된 원료 혼합물 중의 유황원 1 몰당 수분량이, 상기 유기 극성 용매의 가수 분해에 소비된 수분을 포함시켜 1.7 몰 이하가 될 때까지의 시간이다.) - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연속 탈수 장치가 기상을 통해 서로 연통하는 복수의 상기 탈수조를 가지고, 각 탈수조는 순차 접속되어 있으며, 상기 원료 혼합물이 각 탈수조에 순차 이동하는, 연속 탈수 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 공급 공정에서, 추가로 폴리아릴렌 설파이드의 중합 조제를 공급하는, 연속 탈수 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 원료 혼합물 중에 탈수 조제가 포함되어 있는, 연속 탈수 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유황원은 알칼리 금속 황화물, 알칼리 금속 수황화물 및 황화수소 중 적어도 하나인, 연속 탈수 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탈수 공정 전의 상기 원료 혼합물의 함수량이 유황원 1 mol당 3 mol 이상이고, 상기 탈수 공정 후의 상기 함수량이 저감된 원료 혼합물의 함수량이 유황원 1 mol당 0.5~1.7 mol의 범위인, 연속 탈수 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탈수 공정을 수행하는 시간의 50% 이상의 시간에서, 190℃~270℃의 범위에서 물을 제거하는, 연속 탈수 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탈수 공정에서 휘산한 상기 유황원을 회수하고, 상기 연속 탈수 장치에 재공급하는 재공급 공정을 더 갖는, 연속 탈수 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탈수조의 재료는 스테인리스강인, 연속 탈수 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재한 연속 탈수 방법에 의해 얻어지는 함수량이 저감된 원료 혼합물을 사용하여 중합을 수행하는, 폴리아릴렌 설파이드의 제조방법.
