Claims (17)
- 전기 머신으로서,
프레임; 및
적어도 하나의 베어링 및 적어도 하나의 자석이 장착된 샤프트를 포함하는 회전자 어셈블리를 포함하고,
상기 프레임은, 상기 회전자 어셈블리의 베어링이 장착되는 베어링 시트(bearing seat)를 포함하며,
상기 베어링 시트는 상기 베어링을 넘어 축방향으로 연장되어 상기 자석을 둘러싸고,
상기 베어링 시트는, 상기 자석에 상대적으로 위치 센서 어셈블리를 홀딩하기 위한 위치결정 피쳐(locating feature)를 포함하는, 전기 머신. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 위치 센서는 위치 센서 및 위치 센서 홀더를 포함하는, 전기 머신. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 위치 센서 홀더는 상기 위치 센서를 홀딩하기 위한 포켓을 포함하는, 전기 머신. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 포켓은 윈도우를 포함하고,

상기 위치 센서는 홀 효과 센서인, 전기 머신. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
환형 공극을 사이에 형성하도록, 상기 자석의 외경은 상기 베어링 시트의 내경 보다 작은, 전기 머신. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 자석과 상기 베어링 시트 사이의 거리는 0.5mm 내지 2.5mm인, 전기 머신. - 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 위치 센서 어셈블리는, 상기 자석과 상기 위치 센서 어셈블리 사이의 거리가 상기 자석과 상기 베어링 시트 사이의 간격보다 작아지도록, 상기 환형 공극 내로 돌출되는, 전기 머신. - 제 8 항에 있어서,

상기 베어링 시트의 벽은 상기 베어링 시트의 일단부로부터 연장되는 절개부(cut-out portion)를 포함하고,
상기 절개부의 에지가 상기 위치결정 피쳐를 형성하는, 전기 머신. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 위치 센서 어셈블리는, 상기 절개부의 에지를 수용하도록 구성되는, 축방향으로 연장되는 홈을 포함하는, 전기 머신. - 제 13 항 또는 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 위치 센서 어셈블리는, 상기 위치 센서 어셈블리가 상기 베어링 시트의 벽의 일부를 형성하도록 상기 절개부 내에 슬롯맞춤(slot)되도록 구성되는, 전기 머신. - 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 자석은 센서 자석이고,
상기 전기 머신은 상기 샤프트에 고정된 제 2 자석을 포함하며,
상기 제 2 자석은 상기 전기 머신의 회전자 코어에 대한 영구 자석이 되는, 전기 머신. - 제 16 항에 있어서,
상기 센서 자석 및 상기 제 2 자석은 상기 베어링의 양측에서 상기 샤프트에 고정되는, 전기 머신.
