Abstract
Description
これに対し、本実施形態の電動ポンプ装置10は、フランジ部42の軸方向一方側を向く端面42aが、軸方向において、ステータ部26のうちステータコア27、巻き線部29aおよび渡り線部29bが位置する範囲に配置される。ステータコア27、巻き線部29aおよび渡り線部29bのいずれかには、ステータ部26の重心が位置する。すなわち本実施形態によれば、フランジ部42の軸方向一方側を向く端面42aが、軸方向において、ステータ部26の重心に接近して配置される。これにより、電動ポンプ装置10が振動することを抑制できる。具体的には、電動ポンプ装置10が動作することにより発生する振動を抑制できる。また、本実施形態のように被取付体100が車両の駆動装置の筐体である場合には、駆動装置が動作することによる振動や、車両が走行することで生じる振動が、電動ポンプ装置10を振動(共振)させることが抑制される。

- 中心軸に沿って延びるシャフトを有するモータと、
前記モータによって駆動されるポンプ部と、
前記モータおよび前記ポンプ部を収容するハウジングと、を備え、
前記モータは、
前記シャフトを有するロータ部と、
前記ロータ部と径方向に対向するステータ部と、を有し、
前記ステータ部は、
前記中心軸を中心とする環状のステータコアと、
前記ステータコアに取り付けられる複数のコイルと、を有し、
前記コイルは、
前記ステータコアの一部に巻かれる巻き線部と、
前記巻き線部に繋がり、複数の前記コイル間を繋ぐ渡り線部と、を有し、
前記ハウジングは、
筒状であり、軸方向に延びるハウジング本体部と、
前記ハウジング本体部の外周面から径方向外側に拡がるフランジ部と、を有し、
前記フランジ部は、軸方向一方側を向く端面を有し、
前記端面は、軸方向において、前記ステータコア、前記巻き線部および前記渡り線部のうち最も軸方向一方側に位置する部分を通り前記中心軸と直交する方向に拡がる第1仮想平面と、前記ステータコア、前記巻き線部および前記渡り線部のうち最も軸方向他方側に位置する部分を通り前記中心軸と直交する方向に拡がる第2仮想平面と、の間に配置される、

前記電動ポンプ装置が取り付けられる被取付体と、を備え、
前記被取付体は、
軸方向他方側を向き、前記フランジ部の前記端面と接触する取付面と、
前記取付面から軸方向一方側に窪み、前記ハウジング本体部が挿入される凹所と、を有し、
前記凹所の内周面は、前記ハウジング本体部の外周面と径方向に隙間をあけて対向する、
電動ポンプ装置の取付構造。
