Claims (9)
- 풀리 접촉면을 구성하는 고무층을 갖는 마찰 전동 벨트로서,
상기 고무층은, 친수성 무기 필러 및 슬립 저항성 재료를 함유하는 고무 조성물로 이루어지고,
상기 슬립 저항성 재료는, 풀리 접촉면으로 돌출하며, 또, 공정 수분율 0.4% 이하의 소수성(hydrophobicity) 수지 입자 및 소수성 수지 섬유 중 적어도 한쪽이며,
상기 고무 조성물에서의 상기 친수성 무기 필러의 함유량은, 고무 성분 100질량부에 대해 35질량부 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 전동 벨트. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 고무 조성물에서의 상기 친수성 무기 필러의 함유량은, 고무 성분 100질량부에 대해 45질량부 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 전동 벨트. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 고무 조성물에서의 상기 친수성 무기 필러의 함유량은, 고무 성분 100질량부에 대해 55질량부 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 전동 벨트. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 소수성 수지 입자 및 상기 소수성 수지 섬유는, 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 전동 벨트. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 친수성 무기 필러는, 실리카, 몬모릴로나이트, 점토 및 탄산칼슘 중 적어도 1가지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 전동 벨트. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 친수성 무기 필러는, 적어도 실리카를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 전동 벨트. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 고무 조성물에서의 상기 실리카의 함유량은, 고무 성분 100질량부에 대해, 30질량부 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 전동 벨트. - 청구항 6 또는 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 실리카는, 커플링 처리가 실시되지 않은 실리카이고,
상기 고무 조성물은, 커플링제가 배합되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 전동 벨트. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 친수성 무기 필러는, 적어도 Ca형 몬모릴로나이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 전동 벨트.
