도 2는 도 1에 도시한 차량 제어 장치를 일예로 나타낸 블럭 구성도.
도 3은 도 2에 도시한 산출부에서 슬립 예측 모델 정보를 이용하여 휠 슬립값중 과거의 휠 슬립값과 현재 휠 슬립값을 기초로 휠 슬립 예측값을 산출하는 과정을 보여주기 위한 그래프.

Claims (9)
- 감지 장치에서 감지한 휠 슬립값을 입력받는 입력부;
상기 입력된 휠 슬립값을 공급받고, 슬립 예측 모델 정보를 이용하여 상기 휠 슬립값중 과거의 휠 슬립값과 현재 휠 슬립값을 기초로 휠 슬립 예측값을 산출하는 산출부;
상기 산출된 휠 슬립 예측값을 기초로 고마찰 노면에서 저마찰 노면으로 이동한 제 1 상태인지를 판단하고, 상기 제 1 상태이면 상기 산출된 휠 슬립 예측값을 설정된 목표 슬립 예측값 범위와 비교하여 EPB(Electric Parking Brake) 장치의 동작 상태를 적용(apply) 상태와 중지(stop) 상태 및 해제(release) 상태중 어느 상태로 제어할 것인지를 판단하는 판단부; 및
상기 제 1 상태이면, 상기 적용(apply) 상태에 해당하는 적용(apply) 명령과 상기 중지(stop) 상태에 해당하는 중지(stop) 명령 및 상기 해제(release) 상태에 해당하는 해제(release) 명령중 적어도 하나를 상기 EPB 장치에 전달하는 제어부를 포함하는 차량 제어 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 판단부는,
상기 산출된 휠 슬립 예측값이 설정된 목표 슬립 예측값 범위중 제 1 목표 슬립 예측값 범위보다 작은 제 2 상태인지를 판단하는 차량 제어 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 판단부는,
상기 산출된 휠 슬립 예측값이 설정된 목표 슬립 예측값 범위중 제 1 목표 슬립 예측값 범위보다 크고 제 2 목표 슬립값 범위보다 작은 제 3 상태인지를 판단하는 차량 제어 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 판단부는,
상기 산출된 휠 슬립 예측값이 설정된 목표 슬립 예측값 범위중 제 2 목표 슬립 예측값 범위보다 큰 제 4 상태인지를 판단하는 차량 제어 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는,
상기 제 1 상태이고, 상기 산출된 휠 슬립 예측값이 설정된 목표 슬립 예측값 범위중 제 1 목표 슬립 예측값 범위보다 작은 제 2 상태이면, 상기 적용(apply) 상태에 해당하는 적용(apply) 명령을 상기 EPB 장치에 전달하는 차량 제어 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는,
상기 제 1 상태이고, 상기 산출된 휠 슬립 예측값이 설정된 목표 슬립 예측값 범위중 제 1 목표 슬립 예측값 범위보다 크고 제 2 목표 슬립 예측값 범위보다 작은 제 3 상태이면, 상기 중지(stop) 상태에 해당하는 중지(stop) 명령을 상기 EPB 장치에 전달하는 차량 제어 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는,
상기 제 1 상태이고, 상기 산출된 휠 슬립 예측값이 설정된 목표 슬립 예측값 범위중 제 2 목표 슬립 예측값 범위보다 큰 제 4 상태이면, 상기 해제(release) 상태에 해당하는 해제(release) 명령을 상기 EPB 장치에 전달하는 차량 제어 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 입력부는,
상기 감지 장치에서 더 감지한 차량 속도값을 더 입력받고;
상기 판단부는,
상기 입력된 차량 속도값을 기초로 차량이 정차 상태인지를 더 판단하며;
상기 제어부는,
상기 차량 속도값을 공급받고, 상기 차량이 정차 상태이면 상기 EPB 장치를 오프(Off) 동작시키도록 상기 EPB 장치에 오프(Off) 명령을 더 전달하는 차량 제어 장치. - 감지 장치에서 감지한 휠 슬립값을 입력받는 제 1 입력 단계;
상기 입력된 휠 슬립값을 공급받고, 슬립 예측 모델 정보를 이용하여 상기 휠 슬립값중 과거의 휠 슬립값과 현재 휠 슬립값을 기초로 휠 슬립 예측값을 산출하는 산출 단계;
상기 산출된 휠 슬립 예측값을 기초로 고마찰 노면에서 저마찰 노면으로 이동한 제 1 상태인지를 판단하는 제 1 판단 단계;
상기 제 1 상태이면, 상기 산출된 휠 슬립 예측값을 설정된 목표 슬립 예측값 범위와 비교하여 EPB(Electric Parking Brake) 장치의 동작 상태를 적용(apply) 상태와 중지(stop) 상태 및 해제(release) 상태중 어느 상태로 제어할 것인지를 판단하는 제 2 판단 단계; 및
상기 제 1 상태이면, 상기 적용(apply) 상태에 해당하는 적용(apply) 명령과 상기 중지(stop) 상태에 해당하는 중지(stop) 명령 및 상기 해제(release) 상태에 해당하는 해제(release) 명령중 적어도 하나를 상기 EPB 장치에 전달하는 제 1 제어 단계를 포함하는 차량 제어 방법.
