Claims (13)
- 화학식 1로부터 선택되는 화합물, 이의 N-옥사이드 및 이의 염:

Q1은 각각 R7 중에서 독립적으로 선택되는 5개 이하의 치환기로 임의로 치환되는 페닐 환 또는 나프탈레닐 환계; 또는 각각 탄소 원자, 및 2개 이하의 O 원자, 2개 이하의 S 원자 및 4개 이하의 N 원자 중에서 독립적으로 선택되는 1개 내지 4개의 헤테로 원자 중에서 선택되는 환 구성원 (ring member; 여기서, 3개 이하의 탄소 환 구성원은 C(=O) 및 C(=S) 중에서 독립적으로 선택되고, 황 원자 환 구성원은 S(=O)u(=NR8)v 중에서 독립적으로 선택된다)을 포함하고, 탄소 원자 환 구성원 상에서 R7 및 질소 원자 환 구성원 상에서 R9 중에서 독립적으로 선택되는 5개 이하의 치환기로 임의로 치환되는 5원 내지 6원 복소환 또는 8원 내지 10원 헤테로 방향족 이환계 (heteroaromatic bicyclic ring system)이고;
Q2는 각각 R10 중에서 독립적으로 선택되는 5개 이하의 치환기로 임의로 치환되는 페닐 환 또는 나프탈레닐 환계; 또는 각각 탄소 원자, 및 2개 이하의 O 원자, 2개 이하의 S 원자 및 4개 이하의 N 원자 중에서 독립적으로 선택되는 1개 내지 4개의 헤테로 원자 중에서 선택되는 환 구성원 (여기서, 3개 이하의 탄소 환 구성원은 C(=O) 및 C(=S) 중에서 독립적으로 선택되고, 황 원자 환 구성원은 S(=O)u(=NR8)v 중에서 독립적으로 선택된다)을 포함하고, 탄소 원자 환 구성원 상에서 R10 및 질소 원자 환 구성원 상에서 R11 중에서 독립적으로 선택되는 5개 이하의 치환기로 임의로 치환되는 5원 내지 6원 완전 불포화 복소환 또는 8원 내지 10원 헤테로 방향족 이환계이며;
Y1 및 Y2는 각각 독립적으로 O, S 또는 NR12이고;

R2 및 R3는 각각 독립적으로 H, 할로겐 또는 C1-C4 알킬이거나;
R2 및 R3는 이들이 결합되어 있는 탄소 원자와 함께 C3-C7 사이클로알킬 환을 형성하고;
R4 및 R5는 각각 독립적으로 H, 할로겐 또는 C1-C4 알킬이며;

각 R8은 독립적으로 H, 시아노, C2-C3 알킬카르보닐 또는 C2-C3 할로알킬카르보닐이고;
각 R9 및 R11은 독립적으로 시아노, C1-C3 알킬, C2-C3 알케닐, C2-C3 알키닐, C3-C6 사이클로알킬, C2-C3 알콕시알킬, C1-C3 알콕시, C2-C3 알킬카르보닐, C2-C3 알콕시카르보닐, C2-C3 알킬아미노알킬 또는 C3-C4 다이알킬아미노알킬이며;
각 R12는 독립적으로 H, 시아노, C1-C4 알킬, C1-C4 할로알킬, -(C=O)CH3 또는 -(C=O)CF3이고;
각 G1은 독립적으로, 각각 환 구성원 상에서 R13 중에서 독립적으로 선택되는 5개 이하의 치환기로 임의로 치환되는 페닐, 페닐메틸, 피리디닐메틸, 페닐카르보닐, 페녹시, 페닐에티닐, 페닐설포닐 또는 5원 또는 6원 헤테로 방향족 환이며;
각 G2는 독립적으로, 각각 환 구성원 상에서 R14 중에서 독립적으로 선택되는 5개 이하의 치환기로 임의로 치환되는 페닐, 페닐메틸, 피리디닐메틸, 페닐카르보닐, 페녹시, 페닐에티닐, 페닐설포닐 또는 5원 또는 6원 헤테로 방향족 환이고;
각 R13 및 R14은 독립적으로 할로겐, 시아노, 하이드록시, 아미노, 니트로, -CHO, -C(=O)OH, -C(=O)NH2, -SO2NH2, C1-C6 알킬, C1-C6 할로알킬, C2-C6 알케닐, C2-C6 알키닐, C2-C8 알킬카르보닐, C2-C8 할로알킬카르보닐, C2-C8 알콕시카르보닐, C4-C10 사이클로알콕시카르보닐, C5-C12 사이클로알킬알콕시카르보닐, C2-C8 알킬아미노카르보닐, C3-C10 다이알킬아미노카르보닐, C1-C6 알콕시, C1-C6 할로알콕시, C2-C8 알킬카르보닐옥시, C1-C6 알킬티오, C1-C6 할로알킬티오, C1-C6 알킬설피닐, C1-C6 할로알킬설피닐, C1-C6 알킬설포닐, C1-C6 할로알킬설포닐, C1-C6 알킬아미노설포닐, C2-C8 다이알킬아미노설포닐, C3-C10 트라이알킬실릴, C1-C6 알킬아미노, C2-C8 다이알킬아미노, C2-C8 알킬카르보닐아미노, C1-C6 알킬설포닐아미노, 페닐, 피리디닐 또는 티에닐이며;
각 u 및 v는 S(=O)u(=NR8)v의 각 경우에, 독립적으로 0, 1 또는 2이되, 단, u와 v의 합은 0, 1 또는 2임
(단, (a) 화학식 1의 화합물은 N-1H-벤조트라이아졸-1-일-2-옥소-4-페닐-3-피롤리딘카르복스아미드 이외의 것이고;
(b) Q1이 화학식 1의 나머지 부분에 직접 결합되는 3-푸라닐 또는 3-피리디닐 환을 포함하면, 상기 환은 R7 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 치환기로 치환되며;
(c) Q1이 비치환된 페닐 환이고, Q2가 화학식 1의 나머지 부분에 직접 결합되는 페닐 환을 포함하면, 상기 Q2 환은 2-위치에서의 임의로 치환된 페녹시 또는 F, 시아노 또는 4-위치에서의 -CF3 이외의 R10으로 치환되고, R5는 H 또는 할로겐이며;
(d) Q1이 비치환된 페닐이고, Q2가 화학식 1의 나머지 부분에 직접 결합되는 피리디닐 환을 포함하면, 상기 피리디닐 환은 R10 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 치환기로 치환되고;
(e) Q1이 4-페닐 또는 4-페녹시로 치환된 페닐 환이면, 상기 Q1 환은 R7 치환기로 추가로 치환되며;
(f) Q1이 화학식 1의 나머지 부분에 직접 결합되는 페닐 환을 포함하고, 상기 환이 2개의 오르토 위치에서 (화학식 1의 나머지 부분에 대한 결합에 대하여) R7으로 치환되면, 상기 환은 독립적으로 적어도 하나의 추가의 위치에서도 R7으로 치환되고;
(g) Q1이 비치환된 1-나프탈레닐 이외의 것이면, Q2는 2,3-다이-플루오로페닐 또는 2-CF3-페닐 이외의 것이며;
(h) Q2는 임의로 치환된 1H-피라졸-5-일 이외의 것이고;
(i) Q2가 화학식 1의 나머지 부분에 직접 결합되는 1H-피라졸-3-일 환을 포함하면, 상기 환은 1-위치에서 R9으로 치환됨). - 제 1 항에 있어서,
각 R7 및 R10은 독립적으로 할로겐, 시아노, 니트로, C1-C4 알킬, C1-C4 할로알킬, C2-C4 알케닐, C2-C4 할로알케닐 C2-C4 알키닐, C2-C4 할로알키닐, C1-C4 니트로알킬, C2-C4 니트로알케닐, C2-C4 알콕시알킬, C2-C4 할로알콕시알킬, C3-C4 사이클로알킬, C3-C4 할로사이클로알킬, 사이클로프로필메틸, 메틸사이클로프로필, C1-C4 알콕시, C1-C4 할로알콕시, C2-C4 알케닐옥시, C2-C4 할로알케닐옥시, C3-C4 알키닐옥시, C3-C4 할로알키닐옥시, C3-C4 사이클로알콕시, C1-C4 알킬티오, C1-C4 할로알킬티오, C1-C4 알킬설피닐, C1-C4 할로알킬설피닐, C1-C4 알킬설포닐, C1-C4 할로알킬설포닐, 하이드록시, 포르밀, C2-C4 알킬카르보닐, C2-C4 알킬카르보닐옥시, C1-C4 알킬설포닐옥시, C1-C4 할로알킬설포닐옥시, 아미노, C1-C4 알킬아미노, C2-C4 다이알킬아미노, 포르밀아미노, C2-C4 알킬카르보닐아미노, -SF5, -SCN, C3-C4 트라이알킬실릴, 트라이메틸실릴메틸 또는 트라이메틸실릴메톡시이고;
각 R9 및 R11은 독립적으로 H 또는 C1-C2 알킬인 화합물. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
Y1 및 Y2는 각각 O이고;
R2, R3, R4, R5 및 R6는 각각 H이며;
R1은 H, C1-C6 알킬, C1-C6 할로알킬 또는 C4-C8 사이클로알킬알킬인 화합물. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
Q1은 R7 중에서 독립적으로 선택되는 1개 내지 3개의 치환기로 치환되는 페닐 환이고;
Q2는 R10 중에서 독립적으로 선택되는 1개 내지 3개의 치환기로 치환되는 페닐 환이며;
R1은 H, C1-C6 알킬 또는 C1-C6 할로알킬인 화합물. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
각 R7은 독립적으로 할로겐, 시아노, C1-C2 알킬, C1-C3 할로알킬 또는 C1-C3 알킬설포닐이고;
각 R10은 독립적으로 할로겐, 시아노, 니트로, C1-C2 알킬, C1-C3 할로알킬 또는 C1-C3 알킬설포닐이며;
R1은 H, Me, Et 또는 CHF2인 화합물. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
Q1은 파라 위치에서 R7 중에서 선택되는 1개의 치환기로 치환되거나, 하나의 치환기가 파라 위치에서, 다른 하나의 치환기가 메타 위치에서 R7 중에서 독립적으로 선택되는 2개의 치환기로 치환되는 페닐 환이고;
Q2는 오르토 위치에서 R10 중에서 선택되는 1개의 치환기로 치환되거나, 하나의 치환기가 오르토 위치에서, 다른 하나의 치환기가 인접한 메타 위치에서 R10 중에서 독립적으로 선택되는 2개의 치환기로 치환되는 페닐 환이며;
R1은 H, Me 또는 Et인 화합물. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
각 R7은 독립적으로 F 또는 CF3이고;
각 R10은 F이며;
R1은 H 또는 CH3인 화합물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
N-(2,3-다이플루오로페닐)-4-(3,4-다이플루오로페닐)-2-옥소-3-피롤리딘카르복스아미드;
N-(2-플루오로페닐)-2-옥소-4-[4-(트라이플루오로메틸)페닐]-3-피롤리딘카르복스아미드;
N-(2,3-다이플루오로페닐)-2-옥소-4-[4-(트라이플루오로메틸)페닐]-3-피롤리딘카르복스아미드;
N-(3,4-다이플루오로페닐)-N-(2-플루오로페닐)-2-옥소-3-피롤리딘카르복스아미드; 및
(3R,4S)-N-(2-플루오로페닐)-2-옥소-4-[3-(트라이플루오로메틸)페닐]-3-피롤리딘카르복스아미드로 구성되는 그룹 중에서 선택되는 화합물. - 제 1 항의 화합물과, 계면활성제, 고체 희석제 및 액체 희석제로 구성되는 그룹 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 성분을 포함하는 제초제 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 다른 제초제 및 제초제 약해경감제 (safener)로 구성되는 그룹 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 추가의 활성 성분을 추가로 포함하는 제초제 조성물.
- (a) 제 1 항의 화합물과, (b) (b1) 내지 (b16) 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 추가의 활성 성분 및 (b1) 내지 (b16)의 화합물의 염을 포함하는 제초제 혼합물.
- (a) 제 1 항의 화합물과, (b) (b2), (b9) 및 (b12) 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 추가의 활성 성분 및 (b2), (b9) 및 (b12)의 화합물의 염을 포함하는 제초제 혼합물.
- 초목 (vegetation) 또는 이의 환경과 제 1 항의 화합물의 제초적 유효량을 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는, 원하지 않는 초목 생장을 억제하는 방법.
