C : 축선 O 주위의 회전 궤적에 있어서 절삭날(5)이 이루는 볼록 반구의 중심

Claims (3)
- 축선 주위로 회전되는 엔드밀 본체의 선단부에 개쉬가 형성되고, 이 개쉬의 엔드밀 회전 방향을 향하는 벽면의 주연부에, 상기 축선 주위의 회전 궤적이 상기 축선 상에 중심을 갖는 볼록 반구 형상을 이루는 절삭날이 형성된 볼 엔드밀에 있어서, 상기 절삭날에 직교하는 단면에 있어서 상기 개쉬의 깊이가 최대로 되는 상기 절삭날 상의 위치와 상기 중심을 연결하는 직선과 상기 축선이 이루는 협각과, 상기 단면에 있어서 상기 절삭날의 경사각이 양각측으로 최대로 되는 상기 절삭날 상의 위치와 상기 중심을 연결하는 직선과 상기 축선이 이루는 협각의 차가, ±7° 이내로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 볼 엔드밀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개쉬의 깊이가 최대로 되는 상기 절삭날 상의 위치에 있어서, 상기 절삭날의 경사각이 양각측으로 최대로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 볼 엔드밀.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 절삭날의 경사각은, 상기 절삭날의 선단측과 외주측에서 0°로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 볼 엔드밀.
