Abstract
본 발명의 배기가스 정화장치는 본 발명의 배기가스 정화장치는 정화유닛(12)과, 제2 배기가스 유로(6)와, 합류부(7)로 구성된 배기가스 정화장치(2)에서, 캐비티(21)는 분할부재(25)에 의해 제1 배기가스 유로(5)와 분리되고, 정화유닛(12)의 외측으로 제한된 표면의 오목부(recess)를 형성하고, 제2 배기가스 유로(6)는 캐비티(21) 안에 배치된 분리된 가스라인(24)으로 제공되고, 제1 및 제2 배기가스 유로(5,6)는 상기 정화유닛(12)의 제1 단부(19)에 배치된 가스 입구(18,22)를 각각 구비하고, 각 배기가스 유로(5,6)는 가스 입구(18,22)로부터 합류부(7)를 향해 연장되어 정화유닛(12)의 제2 단부(20)에 이르며, 가스 입구(18,22)는 배기가스 라인(4)을 통해 엔진(1)과 연결하기 위한 가스 입구(27)를 갖는 유로전환장치(3)의 제1 및 제2 가스 출구(28,29)와 각각 연결되고, 유로전환장치(3)는 제1 가스 출구(28)와 제2 가스 출구(29)를 열고 닫아 제2 가스 출구(29)가 닫히면 제1 가스 출구(28)를 열거나 제1 가스 출구(28)가 닫히면 제2 가스 출구(29)를 여는 유로전환수단(31~37)을 더 구비하는 것이다.

Claims (12)
- 케이싱(13)과 상기 케이싱(13) 내측에 배치되고 하나 혹은 그 이상의 배기가스 정화요소(9,10)를 갖는 제1 배기가스 유로(13)로 이루어진 정화유닛(12)과,
상기 케이싱(13)에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 형성된 캐비티(21)에 배치되어 상기 캐비티(21) 안에서 상기 정화유닛(12)과 결합된 제2 배기가스 유로(6)와,
상기 정화유닛(12)과 결합되고 제1 및 제2 배기가스 유로(5,6)가 정화장치(2)의 공통 배기가스 배출구(8)를 제공하기 위해 공통 유로로 합쳐지는 합류부(7)로 구성된 배기가스 정화장치(2)에 있어서,
상기 캐비티(21)는 분할부재(25)에 의해 상기 제1 배기가스 유로(5)와 분리되고, 상기 정화유닛(12)의 외측으로 제한된 표면의 오목부(recess)를 형성하고,
상기 제2 배기가스 유로(6)는 상기 캐비티(21) 안에 배치된 분리된 가스라인(24)으로 제공되고,
제1 및 제2 배기가스 유로(5,6)는 상기 정화유닛(12)의 제1 단부(19)에 배치된 가스 입구(18,22)를 각각 구비하고, 각 배기가스 유로(5,6)는 가스 입구(18,22)로부터 합류부(7)를 향해 연장되어 상기 정화유닛(12)의 제2 단부(20)에 이르며,
상기 가스 입구(18,22)는 배기가스 라인(4)을 통해 엔진(1)과 연결하기 위한 가스 입구(27)를 갖는 유로전환장치(3)의 제1 및 제2 가스 출구(28,29)와 각각 연결되고,
상기 유로전환장치(3)는 상기 제1 가스 출구(28)와 상기 제2 가스 출구(29)를 열고 닫아 상기 제2 가스 출구(29)가 닫히면 상기 제1 가스 출구(28)를 열거나 상기 제1 가스 출구(28)가 닫히면 상기 제2 가스 출구(29)를 여는 유로전환수단(31~37)을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치. - 제1항 있어서, 상기 캐비티(21)는 케이싱(13)의 2 인접한 측벽(15,16) 사이에서 상기 케이싱(13)의 길이 방향 에지 부분을 따라 형성되고,
상기 분할부재(25)는 상기 에지 부분을 따라 배치되고 상기 캐비티(21)를 상기 제1 배기가스 유로(5)와 분리시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 합류부(7)는 상기 케이싱(13)의 내측에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가스라인(24)은 관형(tubular)인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가스라인(24)은
상기 캐비티(21) 내측에서 상기 정화유닛(12)에 유동 가능하게 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 각 배기가스 유로(5,6)는
길이방향을 따라 동일한 방향으로 가스 입구(18,22)로부터 합류부(7)를 향해 선로(L)와 같이 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 측벽(17)의 적어도 일부는
상기 제1 배기가스 라인(5)과 그안의 정화요소(9,10)를 검사 및 수리하기 위해 열 수 있는 해치가 제공되는 제1 배기가스 유로(5)와 마주하는 표면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 배기가스 유로(6)는
어떠한 정화요소(9,10)도 구비하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 배기가스 정화장치는
상기 합류부(7)의 일부이거나 이에 연결되는 소음기가 상기 케이싱(13) 내측에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치. - 제1항 내지 제9항의 배기가스 정화장치를 갖는 배기가스 정화시스템에 있어서,
상기 시스템은
배기가스 라인(4)을 통해 엔진(1)과 연결하기 위한 가스 입구(27)를 갖는 유로 전환장치(3)를 포함하고,
상기 유로전환장치(3)는 제1 배기가스 유로(5)의 가스 입구(18)와 연결하기 위한 제1 가스 출구(28)와,
제2 배기가스 유로(6)의 가스 입구(22)와 연결하기 위한 제2 가스 출구(29)와,
상기 제1 가스 출구(28)와 상기 제2 가스 출구(29)를 열고 닫아 상기 제2 가스 출구(29)가 닫히면 상기 제1 가스 출구(28)를 열거나 상기 제1 가스 출구(28)가 닫히면 상기 제2 가스 출구(29)를 여는 유로전환수단(31~37)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화시스템. - 제10항에 있어서, 상기 시스템은
상기 배기가스 정화시스템을 자동 혹은 수동으로 조정하기 위한 제어 유닛을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화시스템. - 제11항에 있어서, 상기 시스템은
상기 시스템이 방출규제영역 안에 있는지 아닌지를 결정하기 위한 신호에 따라 상기 배기가스 정화시스템이 방출규제영역에 있는 것으로 상기 제어 유닛이 결정하면, 상기 유로전환수단이 구동되어 상기 제1 가스 출구를 열고 제2가스 출구를 닫으며,
상기 배기가스 정화시스템이 방출규제영역을 벗어난 것으로 상기 제어 유닛이 결정하면, 상기 유로 전환수단이 구동되어 상기 제1 가스 출구(28)를 닫고 제2 가스 출구(29)를 여는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화시스템.
