Description
上記仕切り部材は、L字状仕切り部材として設けることができ、L字状は、A-A線に沿った断面から見た場合の形状である。
吸音器を排ガス浄化装置内に合流部の部品として、或いは、合流部に接続して配置することによって、コンパクトで機能的で容易に取り付けられる排ガス浄化装置が提供される。
排ガス浄化システムが放出規制海域に無いと上記制御装置が判断すると、第1ガス出口が閉じ,第2ガス出口が開くように、流路切替手段が駆動される。
ケーシングとこのケーシング内に配置された第1排ガス流路を有する浄化ユニットを備え、上記第1排ガス流路は、1つ以上の排ガス浄化要素を有する排ガス浄化装置において、
上記浄化ユニットに一体化された部材として第2排ガス流路が浄化ユニットの空洞に設けられ、上記浄化ユニットに一体化された部材として合流部が設けられ、この合流部で上記第1,第2排ガス流路が、排ガス浄化装置の共通排ガス出口を成すように合流し、
上記第2排ガス流路は、上記ケーシングの少なくとも一部で形成された空洞内に配置され、この空洞は、仕切り部材によって第1排ガス流路から分離され、
上記空洞は、浄化ユニットを外部に対して区画する表面の凹部内に配置された流路として形成され、
上記第2排ガス流路は、上記空洞内に配置されて上記仕切り部材に対向するチューブで形成されており、
上記第1排ガス流路は、上記軸方向に対して垂直な面で切った断面が、断面矩形の一つの頂角の部分を除去したような略L字形状を呈し、
上記第2排ガス流路は、上記断面矩形の一つの頂角の部分に位置し、
上記排ガス浄化要素は、上記軸方向に対して垂直な面で切った断面が略L字形状を呈していることを特徴としている。
上記空洞は、ケーシングの2つの隣接する壁の間の長手縁部に沿って形成され、この長手縁部に沿って仕切り部材が配置され、空洞を第1排ガス流路から分離している。
上記合流部は、ケーシング内に配置されている。
上記第2排ガス流路は、上記空洞内に配置された分離したガスラインである。
上記ガスラインは、管状である。
上記ガスラインは、上記空洞内の浄化ユニットに動けるように取り付けられている。
第1,第2排ガス流路は、上記浄化ユニットの第1端部に配置された各ガス入口を有し、各排ガス流路は、上記ガス入口から浄化ユニットの第2端部近傍の上記合流部に向かって延びている。
各排ガス流路は、長手方向線と概ね同じ方向にガス入口から合流部に向かって軸方向に延びている。
第1排ガス流路に面する表面をもつ側壁の少なくとも一部に、第1排ガス流路およびその内部の浄化要素の保守および点検のため開くことができるハッチが設けられている。
上記第2の排ガス流路は、浄化要素を有さない。
上記ケーシング内に合流部の部品として、或いは、合流部に接続して吸音器を設けた。
本発明または一実施形態の排ガス浄化装置を備えた排ガス浄化システムにおいて、
このシステムは、排ガスラインを介してエンジンに接続されるガス入口をもつ流路切替装置を備え、この流路切替装置は、第1排ガス流路の入口に接続される第1ガス出口と、第2排ガス流路の入口に接続される第2ガス出口と、第2ガス出口が閉じているとき第1ガス出口を開き、第1ガス出口が閉じているとき第2ガス出口を開くように第1,第2ガス出口を開閉する流路切替手段を備える。
このシステムは、
システムが放出規制海域に在るか否かを決める信号に基づいて排ガス浄化システムが放出規制海域に在ると上記制御装置が判断すると、第1ガス出口が開き,第2ガス出口が閉じるように、流路切替手段が駆動され、
排ガス浄化システムが放出規制海域に無いと上記制御装置が判断すると、第1ガス出口が閉じ,第2ガス出口が開くように、流路切替手段が駆動される。
更に、ガスライン24は、第2排ガス流路6と第2排ガス入口22の箇所に(図示しない)拡張蛇腹部材などの拡張要素を備えることができる。振動減衰要素および拡張蛇腹部材は、例えば温度変化によるガスライン24や第2排ガス流路6の動きに起因する装置の不具合を防止することができる。
Claims (1)
- ケーシング(13)とこのケーシング(13)内に配置された第1排ガス流路(5)を有する浄化ユニット(12)を備え、上記第1排ガス流路(5)は、1つ以上の排ガス浄化要素(9,10)を有する排ガス浄化装置(2)において、
上記浄化ユニット(12)に一体化された部材として第2排ガス流路(6)が浄化ユニット(12)の空洞(21)に設けられ、上記浄化ユニット(12)に一体化された部材として合流部(7)が設けられ、この合流部(7)で上記第1,第2排ガス流路(5,6)が、排ガス浄化装置(2)の共通排ガス出口(8)を成すように合流し、
上記第2排ガス流路(6)は、上記ケーシング(13)の少なくとも一部で形成された空洞(21)内に配置され、この空洞(21)は、仕切り部材(25)によって第1排ガス流路(5)から分離され、
上記空洞(21)は、浄化ユニット(12)を外部に対して区画する表面の凹部内に配置された流路として形成され、
上記第2排ガス流路(6)は、上記空洞(21)内に配置されて上記仕切り部材(25)に対向するチューブ(25)で形成されており、
上記第1排ガス流路(5)は、上記軸方向に対して垂直な面で切った断面が、断面矩形の一つの頂角の部分を除去したような略L字形状を呈し、
上記第2排ガス流路(6)は、上記断面矩形の一つの頂角の部分に位置し、
上記排ガス浄化要素(9,10)は、上記軸方向に対して垂直な面で切った断面が略L字形状を呈していることを特徴とする排ガス浄化装置。
