Claims (6)
- 스위칭 회로의 출력 전류를 계측하는 전류 센서이며,
전류의 계측 포인트에 배치한 자기 광학 소자와,
자기 광학 소자에 광을 조사하는 광원과,
자기 광학 소자의 투과광, 또는 반사광을 수신하는 광 수신기와,
수신한 광의 편광 상태로부터 계측 포인트에 있어서의 전류값을 산출하는 연산부를 구비하고 있고,
광원이, 스위칭 회로의 캐리어 신호에 동기하여 광을 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전류 센서. - 제1항에 있어서, 광원은, 캐리어 신호의 피크 또는 보텀에 동기한 펄스 광을 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전류 센서.
- 제2항에 있어서, 광원은, 캐리어 신호의 피크 또는 보텀의 타이밍을 포함하는 펄스 광을 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전류 센서.
- 제3항에 있어서, 광원은, 캐리어 신호의 피크 또는 보텀의 타이밍을 중심으로 하는 펄스 광을 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전류 센서.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 스위칭 회로와 전류 센서를 구비한, 전력 변환기.
- 제5항의 전력 변환기이며, 하나의 캐리어 신호에 동기한 3개의 광원에 의해 UVW 3상의 출력 교류 전류를 계측하는 전류 센서를 구비한, 인버터.
