도 2 는 실시예 6 에 있어서, 옥시클로자니드 투여에 의해 탈락된 기생충 제우크사프타·야포니카 (좌측) 및 대조어구의 제우크사프타·야포니카 (우측) 의 사진이다. 대조어구의 것과 비교하여, 탈락된 것은 몸의 일부의 위축 및 흡착반의 위축이 확인되었다.
도 3 은 실시예 8 에 있어서, 옥시클로자니드 용액에 의해 위축된 제우크사프타·야포니카, 닥티로자이루스 sp. 의 사진이다. 시험 개시 10 분 후의 옥시클로자니드 5 ppm 처리구의 사진 (좌측 상단) 에 있어서, 닥티로자이루스 sp. 는 순식간에 아가미로부터 탈락되어 위축되어 운동이 정지되었다. 시험 개시 10 분 후의 옥시클로자니드 1 ppm 처리구의 사진 (좌측 하단) 에 있어서 닥티로자이루스 sp. 는 몸 전체가 위축되어 있고, 시험 개시 5~10 분 후에 아가미 상에서 위축되어, 시험 개시 15 분 후에 운동을 정지하였다. 시험 개시 60 분 후의 대조구의 닥티로자이루스 sp. 는 신축을 반복하였다 (우측 상단, 우측 하단).
도 4 는 실시예 8 에 있어서, 옥시클로자니드 용액에 의해 위축된 카르디콜라 sp. 의 사진이다. 시험 개시 5 분 후의 옥시클로자니드 5 ppm 처리구의 사진 (좌측) 에 있어서, 카르디콜라 sp. 는 순식간에 위축되어 운동이 정지되었다. 시험 개시 10 분 후의 대조구의 카르디콜라 sp. 는 신축을 반복하였다 (우측).
도 5 는 실시예 8 에 있어서, 옥시클로자니드 용액에 의해 탈락된 칼리구스 sp. 의 사진이다. 시험 개시 60 분 후의 옥시클로자니드 1 ppm 처리구의 사진 (좌측) 에 있어서, 칼리구스 sp. 는 아가미활로부터 탈락되어 운동이 정지되었다. 시험 개시 60 분 후의 대조구의 칼리구스 sp. 는 아가미활에 기생한 상태를 유지하여 운동을 반복하였다 (우측).
Claims (9)
- 살리실아닐리드계 약제를 유효 성분으로서 함유하는 어류의 기생충 구제제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
기생충이 단생충 또는 흡충에 속하는 기생충인 기생충 구제제. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
살리실아닐리드계 약제가 옥시클로자니드, 라폭사니드 또는 클로산텔인 기생충 구제제. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
어류가 농어목, 가자미목, 복어목, 청어목, 뱀장어목, 잉어목, 또는 메기목의 어류인 기생충 구제제. - 어류에 살리실아닐리드계 약제를 투여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어류의 기생충 구제 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
기생충이 단생충 또는 흡충에 속하는 기생충인 기생충 구제 방법. - 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,
살리실아닐리드계 약제가 옥시클로자니드, 라폭사니드 또는 클로산텔인 기생충 구제 방법. - 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
어류가 농어목, 가자미목, 청어목, 복어목, 잉어목, 뱀장어목, 또는 메기목의 어류인 기생충 구제 방법. - 제 5 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
1 일당, 살리실아닐리드계 약제를 1~1000 ㎎/㎏ 어체중 (魚體重) 경구 투여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기생충 구제 방법.
