- 폴리에스테르폴리올 (a-1), 폴리에테르폴리올 (b), 이소시아네이트 화합물 (c), 및 사슬 연장제 (d) 를 원료로 하여 폴리우레탄을 제조하는 폴리우레탄의 제조 방법으로서, 그 폴리에스테르폴리올 (a-1) 이 폴리실록산 골격을 가지며, 복수의 카르복실기를 갖는 폴리카르복실산 (ⅰ-1) 의 카르복실기 또는 폴리실록산 골격을 가지며, 복수의 에스테르기를 갖는 폴리카르복실산에스테르 (ⅰ-2) 의 에스테르기와 폴리에테르폴리올 (ⅱ) 의 하이드록실기로 에스테르 결합을 형성시킴으로써 얻어지는 폴리에스테르폴리올 (a-1) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
폴리에스테르폴리올 (a-1) 및 폴리에테르폴리올 (b) 의 혼합물을 얻는 공정을 포함하는 폴리우레탄의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
폴리에스테르폴리올 (a-1) 및 폴리에테르폴리올 (b) 의 혼합물을 얻는 공정에서 얻어진 혼합물과 이소시아네이트 화합물 (c) 를 반응시켜, 양 말단에 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 프레폴리머를 얻는 공정을 포함하는 폴리우레탄의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
폴리에스테르폴리올 (a-1) 이 폴리실록산 골격을 가지며, 복수의 카르복실기를 갖는 폴리카르복실산 (ⅰ-1) 1 분자의 양 말단 카르복실기와 폴리에테르폴리올 (ⅱ) 2 분자의 말단 하이드록실기로 형성된 에스테르 결합을 갖는 것인 폴리우레탄의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
폴리에스테르폴리올 (a-1) 이 폴리에테르폴리올 (ⅱ) 로서 폴리테트라메틸렌에테르글리콜을 이용하여 얻어진 것인 폴리우레탄의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
폴리에스테르폴리올 (a-1) 이 수 평균 분자량 1,000 ? 4,000 인 것인 폴리우레탄의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
폴리에스테르폴리올 (a-1) 의 사용량의 비율이 폴리에스테르폴리올 (a) 와 폴리에테르폴리올 (b) 의 합계 사용량에 대해 0.1 ? 10 중량% 인 폴리우레탄의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
이소시아네이트 화합물 (c) 가 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트인 폴리우레탄의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
