Claims (9)
- 탄소재 음극 활물질층; 및
상기 탄소재 음극 활물질층 상에 형성된 LiF계 입자 코팅층;
을 구비한 리튬이온 이차전지용 음극. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 LiF계 입자는, 직경이 0.3 ㎛ 내지 0.5 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 이차전지용 음극. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 LiF계 입자 코팅층은 두께가 0.05 ~ 1 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 이차전지용 음극. - 양극, 음극, 불소계 리튬염과 유기용매를 함유하는 전해액 및 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 리튬이온 이차전지에 있어서,
상기 음극은, 탄소재 음극 활물질층, 및 상기 탄소재 음극 활물질층 상에 형성된 LiF계 입자 코팅층을 구비하는 리튬이온 이차전지. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 LiF계 입자는, 상기 불소계 리튬염으로부터 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 이차전지. - 제4항에 있어서,

상기 유기용매는, 프로필렌 카보네이트(PC), 에틸렌 카보네이트(EC), 디에틸 카보네이트(DEC), 디메틸 카보네이트(DMC), 디프로필 카보네이트(DPC), 디메틸 설폭사이드, 아세토니트릴, 디메톡시에탄, 디에톡시에탄, 테트라 하이드로퓨란, N-메틸-2-피롤리돈(NMP), 에틸메틸카보네이트(EMC), 감마-부티로락톤(γ-부티로락톤)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 이들 중 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 이차전지. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 전해액은, 알칼리 금속염을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 이차전지. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 알칼리 금속염은, 양이온으로서 Na+ 또는 K+을 포함하고, 음이온으로서, PF6 -, BF4 -, Cl-, Br-, I-, ClO4 -, AsF6 -, CH3CO2 -, CF3SO3 -, N(CF3SO2)2 -, C(CF2SO2)3 -로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되거나, 양이온으로서 Li+을 포함하고, 음이온으로서, Cl-, Br-, I-, ClO4 -, CH3CO2 -로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 이들 중 2종 이상의 음이온을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 이차전지.
