Claims (3)
- 대추를 세척하는 세척 단계;상기 세척한 대추 100중량부에 대하여 정제수 40~60중량부를 공급하며 맷돌 분쇄기를 이용하여 분쇄하는 분쇄 단계;상기 분쇄된 대추와 정제수의 혼합액 100중량부에 대하여 엿기름 8~12중량부를 혼합하여 50~55℃의 온도에서 24~30 시간 동안 숙성시켜 숙성된 대추액을 얻는 단계;상기 숙성된 대추액을 80~85℃의 온도에서 8~10 시간 동안 추출하여 대추 추출액을 얻는 단계;상기 대추 추출액을 60~65℃의 온도에서 18~20 시간 동안 농축하여 대추 농축물을 얻는 단계;상기 대추 농축물을 과립화하는 과립화 단계; 및상기 과립화된 대추 농축물을 건조기를 이용하여 40~45℃의 온도에서 6~8 시간 동안 건조하는 건조 단계; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신경안정 효능을 갖는 대추차 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 대추 농축물을 얻는 단계 이후에,상기 대추 농축물 100중량부에 대하여 무수결정포도당 390~410중량부를 혼합 하는 혼합 단계; 가 추가적으로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신경안정 효능을 갖는 대추차 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조되는 신경안정 효능을 갖는 대추차.
