Claims (16)
- 폴리락트산 (a) 및
스티렌 말레산 무수물 코폴리머 (b)의 블렌드(blend)를 포함하는 내열성 폴리락트산 화합물로서,
상기 화합물이 폴리락트산을 현저한 성분(significant component)으로서 지니고;
상기 폴리락트산 및 스티렌 말레산 무수물 코폴리머의 중량비가 2.3:1.0 또는 그 미만이며;
블렌딩된 화합물이 본질적으로 건조된 후에 플라스틱 제품으로 성형되는 경우, 상기 블렌딩된 화합물은 플라스틱 제품으로 성형된 후에 폴리락트산만의 열 변형 온도보다 적어도 5℃ 초과의 열 변형 온도의 증가를 지니고, 이 때 상기 화합물과 폴리락트산 둘 모두의 열 변형 온도는 ASTM D648의 프로토콜을 이용하여 제곱 인치 당 66 파운드에서 측정된 것인, 내열성 폴리락트산 화합물. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 블렌딩된 화합물이 본질적으로 건조된 후에 플라스틱 제품으로 성형되는 경우, 블렌딩된 화합물은 플라스틱 제품으로 성형된 후에 ASTM D648의 프로토콜을 이용하여 제곱 인치 당 66 파운드에서 65℃ 이상의 열 변형 온도를 지니는 화합물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 폴리(메트)아크릴레이트의 상용화제(compatibilizer)를 추가로 포함하는 화합물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리락트산 및 스티렌 말레산 무수물 코폴리머가 함께 블렌딩하기 전에 건조되거나 함께 블렌딩하는 동안 건조되는 화합물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 충격 변형제(impact modifier)를 추가로 포함하는 화합물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 탄산칼슘을 추가로 포함하는 화합물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 스티렌 말레산 무수물 코폴리머의 양이 총 화합물의 약 7 내지 약 54 중량%의 범위이고, 폴리락트산 및 스티렌 말레산 무수물 코폴리머의 중량비가 1.9:1.0 또는 그 미만인 화합물.
- 제 3항 내지 제 6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스티렌 말레산 무수물 코폴리머의 양이 총 화합물의 약 7 내지 약 54 중량%의 범위이고, 폴리락트산 및 스티렌 말레산 무수물 코폴리머의 중량비가 1.9:1.0 또는 그 미만인 화합물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 본질적으로 건조된 후의 상기 블렌딩된 화합물이 0.1% 이하의 수분 함량을 지니고, 상기 폴리락트산이 상기 화합물의 주요 성분(principal component)인 화합물.
- 제 3항 내지 제 7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 본질적으로 건조된 후의 상기 블렌딩된 화합물이 0.1% 이하의 수분 함량을 지니고, 상기 폴리락트산이 상기 화합물의 주요 성분인 화합물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항의 블렌딩된 화합물로부터 성형된 플라스틱 제품.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 제품이 몰딩되거나 압출되고, 상기 제품이 운송, 가전제품, 전자제품, 건설 및 건축, 패키징 또는 컨슈머 시장에서 사용되도록 성형된 제품.
- 제 3항 내지 제 10항 중의 어느 한 항의 블렌딩된 화합물로부터 성형된 플라스틱 제품으로서, 상기 플라스틱 제품이 폴리락트산만으로 제조된 플라스틱 제품의 열 변형 온도보다 적어도 5℃ 초과의 열 변형 온도의 증가를 지니고, 이 때 둘 모두의 열 변형 온도는 ASTM D648의 프로토콜을 이용하여 제곱 인치 당 66 파운드에서 측정된 것인, 플라스틱 제품.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 제품이 몰딩되거나 압출되고, 상기 제품이 운송, 가전제품, 전자제품, 건설 및 건축, 패키징 또는 컨슈머 시장에서 사용되도록 성형된 제품.
- (a) 폴리락트산 및 스티렌 말레산 무수물 코폴리머를 포함하는 성분들을 입수하는 단계 및
(b) 운송, 가전제품, 전자제품, 건설 및 건축, 패키징 또는 컨슈머 시장에서 사용되도록 성형되는 플라스틱 제품으로 후속하여 몰딩 또는 압출시키기 위해 상기 성분들을 화합물로 블렌딩하는 단계를 포함하여, 제 1항 또는 제 2항의 화합물을 제조하는 방법. - 제 15항에 있어서,
(a) 블렌딩된 화합물을 0.1% 이하의 수분 함량까지 건조시키는 단계 및
(b) 운송, 가전제품, 전자제품, 건설 및 건축, 패키징 또는 컨슈머 시장에서 사용되도록 상기 블렌딩된 화합물을 플라스틱 제품으로 성형하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
