Abstract
간단한 구성으로 체결 부재의 풀림을 검출하는 것이 가능한 2차 전지 이상 검출 장치를 제공한다.
[해결 수단]
복수의 전지 셀(11)의 전극 단자(12)끼리를 연결하는 도전성을 갖는 접속판 (14)과, 접속판과 전극 단자를 체결하는 체결 부재(16)와, 체결 부재에 의한 접속판과 전극 단자의 체결부에 근접하여 설치되고, 체결부 주위의 온도를 검출하는 온도 검출 수단(32)과, 온도 검출 수단의 온도 검출치에 근거하여 전지 셀 또는 체결 부재의 이상을 판정하는 이상 판정 수단(40)을 구비한다.

Claims (5)
- 복수의 전지 셀의 전극 단자 사이를 연결하는 도전성을 갖는 접속판과,
상기 접속판과 상기 전극 단자를 체결하는 체결 부재와,
상기 체결 부재에 의한 상기 접속판과 상기 전극 단자의 체결부에 근접하여 설치되고, 상기 체결부 주위의 온도를 검출하는 온도 검출 수단과,
상기 온도 검출 수단의 온도 검출치에 근거하여 상기 전지 셀 또는 상기 체결 부재의 이상을 판정하는 이상 판정 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 한 2차 전지 이상 검출 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 이상 판정 수단은, 상기 전극 단자로부터 상기 접속판에 소정 이상의 부하 전류가 흐르고 있을 때, 상기 온도 검출 수단의 온도 검출치에 근거하여 상기 체결 부재의 풀림을 검출하여 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지 이상 검출 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 전극 단자는 상기 전지 셀마다 각각 복수 설치되고,
상기 이상 판정 수단은, 상기 온도 검출 수단에 의해 상기 전지 셀마다 검출된 상기 체결부의 복수의 온도 검출치 중, 어느 하나가 소정의 온도를 상회한 때, 상기 체결 부재가 느슨해져 있다라고 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지 이상 검출 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 온도 검출 수단은, 서미스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지 이상 검출 장치. - 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전극 단자에는 도전성 및 열전달성을 갖는 금속판의 한 끝이 접속되고, 상기 금속판의 다른 한 끝은 상기 전지 셀의 상태를 감시하는 전지 감시 장치의 기판에 접속되며,
상기 온도 검출 수단은, 상기 금속판에 근접하여 상기 전지 감시 장치의 기판에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지 이상 검출 장치.
