Claims (23)
- a) UV 경화형 관능기 함유 바인더 수지;
b) 불소계 UV 경화형 관능기 함유 화합물;
c) 광개시제;
d) 나노 미립자; 및
e) 전도성 무기 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 a) UV 경화형 관능기 함유 바인더 수지 100 중량부를 기준으로, 상기 e) 전도성 무기 입자의 함량은 0.5 초과 내지 50 이하 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 a) UV 경화형 관능기 함유 바인더 수지 100 중량부를 기준으로, 상기 b) 불소계 UV 경화형 관능기 함유 화합물의 함량은 0.5~20 중량부이고, 상기 c) 광개시제의 함량은 1~20 중량부이고, 상기 d) 나노 미립자의 함량은 0.5~50 중량부이며, 상기 e) 전도성 무기 입자의 함량은 0.5 초과 내지 50 이하 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 a) UV 경화형 관능기 함유 바인더 수지는, 아크릴레이트류, 메타크릴레이트류 또는 비닐류의 다관능성 또는 단관능성의 모노머 또는 올리고머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 b) 불소계 UV 경화형 관능기 함유 화합물은, 퍼플루오로기가 함유된 아크릴레이트, 메타크릴레이트 및 비닐류 중에서 선택되는 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 b) 불소계 UV 경화형 관능기 함유 화합물은, 하기 화학식 1 내지 9로 표시되는 화합물 중에서 선택되는 화합물을 포함하는 것인 코팅 조성물:

상기 화학식 1 내지 9에 있어서, X 및 Y는 각각 독립적으로 F 또는 CF3이고, Z는 H 또는 CH3이며, a, j 및 m은 각각 1 내지 16의 정수이고, c, k 및 n은 각각 0 내지 5의 정수이며, b, d, e, f 및 g는 각각 0 내지 200의 정수이고, h 및 i는 각각 0에서 16의 정수이며, PFPE는 하기 구조를 가진다.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 d) 나노 미립자의 입경은 0.5~50㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 d) 나노 미립자는 실리카, 알루미나, 티타니아, 지르코니아 및 마그네슘플루오라이드 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 d) 나노 미립자는 실란커플링제, 에폭시화합물, 수산기 함유 화합물 및 이소시아네이트 화합물 중에서 선택되는 물질로 표면처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 e) 전도성 무기 입자의 입경은 0.5~100㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 e) 전도성 무기 입자는 주석이 도핑된 산화 인듐(Tin-doped indium oxide, ITO), 안티몬이 도핑된 산화 주석(Antimony-doped tin oxide, ATO), 안티몬이 도핑된 산화 아연(Antimony-doped zinc oxide, AZO), 산화 주석(Tin Oxide, SnO2) 및 산화 아연(zinc oxide, ZnO2) 중에서 선택되는 물질로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 e) 전도성 무기 입자는 실란커플링제, 에폭시화합물, 수산기 함유 화합물 및 이소시아네이트 화합물 중에서 선택되는 물질로 표면처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 a) UV 경화형 관능기 함유 바인더 수지 100 중량부를 기준으로, 10~1000 중량부의 용제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 13 중 어느 한 항에 따른 코팅 조성물을 이용하여 형성되어, a) UV 경화형 관능기 함유 바인더 수지; b) 불소계 UV 경화형 관능기 함유 화합물; c) 광개시제; d) 나노 미립자; 및 e) 전도성 무기 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 필름.
- 청구항 14에 있어서, 두께가 0.5~300㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 필름.
- 청구항 14에 있어서, 적어도 일면에 기재가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 필름.
- 청구항 16에 있어서, 상기 기재는 폴리에스터, 트리아세틸셀룰로즈, 올레핀 공중합체 및 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 중에서 선택되는 물질로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 필름.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 13 중 어느 한 항에 따른 코팅 조성물을 기재 상에 코팅하는 단계; 및
코팅된 코팅 조성물을 건조 및 광경화하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 필름의 제조방법. - 청구항 18에 있어서, 상기 기재는 폴리에스터, 트리아세틸셀룰로즈, 올레핀 공중합체 및 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 중에서 선택되는 물질로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항 18에 있어서, 상기 코팅 조성물의 코팅 두께는 0.5~300㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항 18에 있어서, 상기 광경화 단계에서는, 자외선 조사량 0.05 ~ 2J/㎠를 이용하여 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항 14에 따른 코팅 필름을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
- 청구항 22에 있어서, 상기 디스플레이장치는 액정 디스플레이(LCD), 유기발광디스플레이(OLED), 및 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널(PDP) 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
