- 제 1 항에 있어서,액정 디스플레이(LCD) 성분용 기판 및 액정 디스플레이용 보상 시트 둘다로서 기능하는 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,액정 디스플레이 성분용 기판 또는 보호 층으로서 기능하고, 보상을 제공하는, 하나 이상의 다기능성 필름 층을 포함하는 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,약 3 내지 약 1,000㎛의 두께를 갖는 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,소광제, 자외선 흡수제, 산화방지제 및 염료로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 0 내지 30중량%의 첨가제를 포함하는 필름.

- 제 1 항에 따른 필름 및 다른 기판 층을 포함하되, 제 2 기판이 트라이아세틸셀룰로스(TAC) 필름, 0 내지 0.399의 DSOH를 갖는 셀룰로스 아세테이트 프로피온에이트(CAP) 필름, 0 내지 0.399의 DSOH를 갖는 셀룰로스 아세테이트 부티레이트(CAB) 필름 또는 환형 올레핀 중합체(COP) 필름을 포함하는, 액정 디스플레이용 편광판.
- 제 1 항에 따른 필름 및 중합체 층을 포함하되, 상기 필름이 상기 중합체 층상에 적층되는 액정 디스플레이.
- 제 1 항에 따른 필름 및 제 2 층을 포함하되, 상기 필름이 상기 제 2 층상에 용매 캐스팅되는 액정 디스플레이.
- 제 1 항에 따른 제 1 및 제 2 셀룰로스 아세테이트 필름, 및 제 1 및 제 2 표면을 갖는 폴리비닐 알콜 필름을 포함하되, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 셀룰로스 아세테이트 필름이 상기 폴리비닐 알콜 필름의 제 1 및 제 2 표면과 접촉하고, 상기 제 1 항에 따른 제 1 및 제 2 셀룰로스 아세테이트 필름이 비누화되지 않은, 액정 디스플레이용 편광판.
- 제 1 항에 따른 제 1 및 제 2 셀룰로스 아세테이트 필름, 및 제 1 및 제 2 표면을 갖는 폴리비닐 알콜 필름을 포함하되, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 셀룰로스 아세테이트 필름이 상기 폴리비닐 알콜 필름의 제 1 및 제 2 표면과 접촉하고, 상기 제 1 항에 따른 제 1 및 제 2 셀룰로스 아세테이트 필름이 비누화된, 액정 디스플레이용 편광판.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,약 3 내지 약 1,000㎛의 두께를 갖는 필름.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,소광제, 자외선 흡수제, 산화방지제 및 염료로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 0 내지 30중량%의 첨가제를 포함하는 필름.
- 제 28 항에 있어서,첨가제가 액정 화합물, 디스코틱 액정 화합물 및 막대형 액정 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 복굴절 강화 물질인 필름.
- 셀룰로스 아세테이트 프로피온에이트, 가소제 및 유기 용매의 총 중량을 기준으로,70 내지 100중량%의 셀룰로스 아세테이트 프로피온에이트로서, 0.50 내지 2.00의 하이드록실 기 치환도, 0.01 내지 2.59의 아세틸 기 치환도, 및 0.01 내지 2.59의 프로피온일 기 치환도를 갖되, 상기 아세틸, 프로피온일 및 하이드록실 기 치환도의 합이 3.0인 셀룰로스 아세테이트 프로피온에이트;0 내지 30중량%의 가소제; 및0 내지 30중량%의 유기 용매를 포함하는 필름.
- 셀룰로스 아세테이트 프로피온에이트, 가소제 및 유기 용매의 총 중량을 기준으로,70 내지 100중량%의 셀룰로스 아세테이트 프로피온에이트로서, 0.65 내지 2.00의 하이드록실 기 치환도, 0.01 내지 2.34의 아세틸 기 치환도, 및 0.01 내지 2.34의 프로피온일 기 치환도를 갖되, 상기 아세틸, 프로피온일 및 하이드록실 기 치환도의 합이 3.0인 셀룰로스 아세테이트 프로피온에이트;0 내지 30중량%의 가소제; 및0 내지 30중량%의 유기 용매를 포함하는 필름.
- 셀룰로스 아세테이트 프로피온에이트, 가소제 및 유기 용매의 총 중량을 기준으로,70 내지 100중량%의 셀룰로스 아세테이트 프로피온에이트로서, 0.95 내지 2.00의 하이드록실 기 치환도, 0.01 내지 2.04의 아세틸 기 치환도, 및 0.01 내지 2.04의 프로피온일 기 치환도를 갖되, 상기 아세틸, 프로피온일 및 하이드록실 기 치환도의 합이 3.0인 셀룰로스 아세테이트 프로피온에이트;0 내지 30중량%의 가소제; 및0 내지 30중량%의 유기 용매를 포함하는 필름.

- 2.6 내지 3.0의 아실 기 치환도를 갖는 셀룰로스 에스터를 산성 또는 염기성 비누화제와 접촉시킴으로써, 상기 셀룰로스 에스터를 가수분해하여 가수분해된 셀룰로스 에스터를 제조하는 단계; 및가수분해된 셀룰로스 에스터로부터 필름을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는, 가수분해되지 않은 셀룰로스 에스터로부터 제조된 필름에 비해 633nm에서 음의 복굴절(△n633)을 갖는 고 DSOH 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 40 항에 있어서,셀룰로스 에스터가 유기 용매에 용해되고, 물 및 비누화 촉매의 존재하에 약 0 내지 약 100℃의 온도까지 가열되는 제조 방법.
