Claims (3)
- 피검출물의 위치를 나타내는 코사인 함수 및 사인 함수에 의해 근사되는 2개의 신호에 포함되는 오차 성분을 검출하는 검출장치로서,오차 예상값을 결정해서 상기 오차 예상값에 근거하여 상기 2개의 신호에 포함되는 오차를 줄여서 2개의 오차 보정 신호를 출력하는 연산부와,상기 2개의 오차 보정 신호에 근거해서 상기 피검출물의 위치를 나타내는 위상을 산출하는 위상 연산부와,상기 2개의 오차 보정 신호 및 복수의 위상에서의 상기 2개의 오차 보정 신호의 복수의 샘플링값을 기억하는 기억부와,상기 복수의 샘플링값을 이용해서 푸리에 변환을 행함으로써, 상기 2개의 오차 보정신호를 나타내는 아래와 같은 2개의 식에 있어서의 각 항의 계수 αk,βk,γk,δk를 얻는 푸리에 변환부를 구비하고.A*=α0+α1cosθ+β1sinθ+ … +αkcoskθ+βksinkθB*=γ0+γ1cosθ+δ1sinθ+ … +γkcoskθ+δksinkθ여기에서, A*, B*은 2개의 오차 보정 신호이고, θ은 신호들 간의 위상이며, k는 2이상이고,상기 연산부는, 상기 2개의 식의 각 항에 있어서의 계수를 이용하여 반복해서 상기 오차 예상값을 갱신하는 검출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기억부는, 2π를 2M(M≥3)으로 균등하게 분할하는 위상에 있어서의 상기 복수의 샘플링값을 기억하는 검출장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 피검출물의 위치를 검출해서 상기 2개의 신호를 출력하는 검출부와,상기 각 항의 계수를 이용해서 상기 2개의 오차 보정 신호에 포함되는 오차를 줄이도록 보정을 행하는 보정부를 더 구비하는 검출장치.
