Claims (8)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 하이드로탈사이트:[화학식 1]Mg1-xAlx(OH)2(An-)x/n·{(1-a)(1-3x/2)-a·z/18}H2O상기 식에서,An-는 CO3 2-, NO3-, SO4 2-, OH-, F-, Cl-, Br-, 및 Si, P 또는 B-함유 산소산 음이온으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 n의 원자가를 갖는 음이온이고;z는 Mg1 - xAlx(OH)2(An-)x/n의 화학식량이고;0.20<x≤0.33이고;a는 0.015 내지 0.05이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,a가 0.02 내지 0.04임을 특징으로 하는 하이드로탈사이트.
- 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 하이드로탈사이트를 160 내지 220℃에서 열처리하여 화학식 2로 표시되는 하이드로탈사이트의 최초 총 중량의 1.5% 내지 5%를 감소시키는 것을 포함하는, 제 1 항의 하이드로탈사이트의 제조방법:[화학식 2]Mg1-xAlx(OH)2(An-)x/n·(1-3x/2)H2O상기 식에서,An- 및 x는 제 1 항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 열처리에 의해서 화학식 2의 하이드로탈사이트의 총 중량의 2 내지 4%를 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이드로탈사이트의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 열처리를 190 내지 200℃에서 20 내지 90분 동안 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이드로탈사이트의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 하이드로탈사이트를 포함하는 합성수지 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 합성수지가 폴리염화비닐인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지 조성물.
- 제 6 항의 합성수지 조성물로부터 성형된 성형품.
