Description
Claims (11)
- 일 단부에 배출부가 구비되며, 적어도 둘 이상의 독립된 필터 수용부가 구비되는 필터 케이싱과;상기 필터 케이싱 내부에 장착되어 배출되는 배기가스로부터 입자상 물질을 포집하도록 구성되는 필터와;상기 필터에 포집된 입자상 물질을 제거하도록 구비되는 히터와;상기 히터가 필터와 인접하게 배치되어 고정되도록 구비되는 히터 장착부와;상기 필터 케이싱의 각 필터 수용부와 연결되도록 장착되어 각 독립된 수용부로 배기가스의 유입량을 제어하는 조절부와;상기 조절부와 연결되어 제어된 유입량의 배기가스가 필터 케이싱으로 유입되도록 구비되는 분배부와;상기 분배부에 연결되어 배기가스를 유입시키는 유입부를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조절부를 제어하여 배기가스가 각 독립된 수용부로 유입되는 양을 조절하도록 구비되는 제어부를 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는 각 조절부 중 적어도 하나의 조절부를 통 해 배기가스가 필터 수용부로 공급하여 배기가스의 정화가 지속적으로 이루어지도록 제어하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 필터 수용부와 조절부 사이에는 매연에 대한 촉매작용을 하는 물질이 코팅된 연결부가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분배부와 상기 유입부 사이에는 매연에 대한 촉매작용을 하는 물질이 코팅된 연결부가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 히터 장착부는 히터 케이싱에 구비되거나, 또는 히터 케이싱과 결합되는 별도의 케이싱으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 필터는 금속섬유로 이루어지는 필터부재를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 필터는 복수의 층으로 이루어져 유로가 형성되며, 상기 유로의 일 측이 개구되고, 다른 일 측이 밀폐되는 구조로 이루어지는 금속 섬 유로 구성되며, 상기 히터는 상기 필터의 어느 일 부의 층 사이에 삽입되어 금속 섬유매트로 열을 전달하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 필터는 금속섬유매트로 이루어지는 복수의 관 형상으로 이루어져 유로를 형성하는 필터부재와;상기 복수의 필터부재의 양단부에 배치되며, 상기 유로의 일 측이 개구되고, 다른 일 측이 밀폐되도록 각 두 필터부재의 단부에 교대로 결합되는 복수의 밀봉부와;상기 복수의 필터부재들 중 중앙에 배치되는 필터부재의 일 단부에 배치되어 중앙부 유로의 일 측을 밀폐하도록 결합되는 중앙 밀봉부를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 필터는 관 형상을 갖는 단일의 필터부재가 겹쳐져 복수의 층을 이루어 일 측이 개구되고, 다른 일 측이 밀폐되는 유로가 형성되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 히터는 복수의 필터부재들 층간에 삽입되어 필터부재와 접하도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화 장치.
