Claims (8)
- (A) 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 베이스 층; 및(B) 탄소나노튜브가 분산된 열가소성 수지 복합재로 이루어진 피복층;으로 이루어지고, 상기 피복층(B)은 베이스 층(A)의 한 면에 적층된 구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치용 전사벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피복층(B)은 열가소성 수지 95∼99.9 중량%와 탄소나노튜브 0.1∼5 중량%를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치용 전사벨트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 탄소나노튜브는 직경이 0.5∼100 nm이며, 길이는 0.01∼100 μm이며, 종횡비(L/D)가 100∼1,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치용 전사벨트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지는 폴리올레핀수지, 폴리아세탈 수지, 아크릴계 수지, 폴리메타크릴계 수지, 폴리카보네이트 수지, 스티렌계 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지, 폴리페닐렌에테르 수지, 폴리아릴레이트 수지, 폴리아미드 수지, 폴리아릴설폰 수지, 폴리에테르이미드 수지, 폴리에테르설폰 수지, 불소화 비닐리덴 수지, 폴리설폰 수지 및 액정중합체 수지, 이들의 2종 이상의 공중합체 또는 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치용 전사벨트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지는 반응 안정제, 에스테르 교환반응 억제제, 자외선 흡수제, 열안정제, 산화방지제, 난연제, 활제, 염료, 안료, 무기 필러, 가소제 및 충격보강제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 첨가제를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치용 전사벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전사벨트는 인가 전압 100 내지 250V에서 표면 저항값이 1×108∼1×1012 Ω/sq인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치용 전사벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전사벨트는 두께가 50∼150 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치용 전사벨트.
- 베이스 층을 형성하는 열가소성 수지 펠렛과 피복층을 형성하는 탄소나노튜브가 분산된 열가소성 수지 복합재 펠렛을 환 형태의 다이가 부착된 압출기의 각기 다른 투입구에 투입하여 공압출하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치용 전사벨트의 제조방법.
