Claims (11)
- 피검 시료와 시약을 수용하는 마이크로 카셋트가 착탈 자유롭게 장착된 장치 본체를 구비한 마이크로 화학 분석 장치에 있어서,상기 마이크로 카셋트 내에 수용된 피검 시료로부터 상기 피검 시료에 포함되는 소정의 성분을 유형화하여 제 1 피검 시료를 생성하는 처리 수단,상기 처리 수단에 의해 생성된 제 1 피검 시료로부터 상기 제 1 피검 시료에 포함되는 유형화된 상기 소정의 성분을 제거하여 제 2 피검 시료를 생성하는 분리 수단 및상기 분리 수단에 의해 생성된 제 2 피검 시료 및 상기 마이크로카셋트 내에 수용된 시약의 혼합액을 측정하여 분석 데이터를 생성하는 분석 데이터 생성 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 분석 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 마이크로 카셋트 내에는 상기 소정의 성분을 유형화하는 첨가제가 수용되고,상기 처리 수단은 상기 마이크로 카셋트 내에 수용된 피검 시료에 상기 첨가제를 첨가하여 제 1 피검 시료를 생성하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 분석 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 마이크로 카셋트 내에는 상기 제 1 피검 시료를 여과하기 위한 여과막이 유지되고,상기 분리 수단은 상기 여과막을 이용하여 상기 제 1 피검 시료를 여과하여 제 2 피검 시료를 생성하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 분석 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 장치 본체에는 상기 마이크로 카셋트를 회전하여 상기 제 1 피검 시료에 원심력을 주는 회전 수단이 설치되고,상기 분리 수단은 상기 회전 수단을 이용하여 상기 제 1 피검 시료를 원심 분리하여 제 2 피검 시료를 생성하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 분석 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 마이크로 카셋트 내에 수용된 시약은 적어도 제 1 및 제 2 시약으로 이루어지고,상기 분석 데이터 생성 수단은 상기 처리 수단에 의해 생성된 제 2 피검 시료로부터 분주된 제 3 피검 시료와 상기 제 1 시약의 혼합액을 측정하여 제 1 분석 데이터를 생성하고, 상기 제 2 피검 시료로부터 분주된 제 4 피검 시료와 상기 제 2 시약의 혼합액을 측정하여 제 2 분석 데이터를 생성하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 분석 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 장치 본체는 복수의 마이크로 카셋트가 착탈 가능한 개구부를 구비하고,상기 분석 데이터 생성 수단은 상기 개구부로부터 장착된 상기 복수의 마이크로 카셋트에 대응하는 각 분석 데이터를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 분석 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 마이크로 카셋트 내에 복수의 피검 시료의 수용이 가능한 적어도 제 1 및 제 2 피검 시료 수용부와, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 피검 시료 수용부에 대응하는 제 1 및 제 2 시약이 수용된 제 1 및 제 2 시약 수용부를 구비하고,상기 분석 데이터 생성 수단은 상기 제 1 피검 시료부에 수용된 피검 시료와 상기 제 1 시약의 혼합액을 측정하여 제 1 분석 데이터를 생성하고, 상기 제 2 피검 시료부에 수용된 피검 시료와 상기 제 2 시약의 혼합액을 측정하여 제 2 분석 데이터를 생성하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 분석 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 마이크로 카셋트 내에 수용된 피검 시료는 혈액이고,상기 혈액에 포함되는 혈구 수 또는 상기 혈액의 응고 시간을 계측하는 계측 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 분석 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 소정의 성분은 혈액에 포함되는 단백질, 당질 및 지질 중 적어도 하나의 성분인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 분석 장치.
- 피검 시료와 시약을 수용하는 마이크로 카셋트가 착탈 자유롭게 장착된 장치 본체를 구비한 마이크로 화학 분석 장치의 측정 방법에 있어서,상기 마이크로 카셋트 내에 수용된 피검 시료로부터 상기 피검 시료에 포함되는 소정의 성분을 유형화한 제 1 피검 시료를 처리 수단에 의해 생성하고,상기 처리 수단에 의해 생성된 제 1 피검 시료로부터 상기 제 1 피검 시료에 포함되는 유형 성분을 제거한 제 2 피검 시료를 분리 수단에 의해 생성하고,상기 분리 수단에 의해 생성된 제 2 피검 시료 및 상기 마이크로 카셋트 내에 수용된 시약의 혼합액을 측정하여 분석 데이터 생성 수단에 의해 분석 데이터를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 분석 장치의 측정 방법.
- 피검 시료를 채취하기 위한 니들,상기 니들을 통해 상기 피검 시료를 수용하는 실린더,상기 니들로부터 상기 실린더 내에 상기 피검 시료를 흡인하고, 흡인한 피검 시료를 토출시키기 위한 피스톤,상기 피스톤의 흡인 방향으로의 이동에 의해, 상기 실린더 내에 흡인된 피검 시료와 혼합하여 상기 피검 시료에 포함되는 소정의 성분을 유형화한 제 1 피검 시료를 생성하는 상기 실린더 내에 유지된 첨가제 및상기 피스톤의 토출 방향으로의 이동에 의해 상기 첨가제에 의해 생성된 제 1 피검 시료로부터 상기 제 1 피검 시료에 포함되는 유형 성분을 분리하여 제 2 피검 시료를 생성하는 상기 실린더 내에 유지된 여과막을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피검 시료 채취 기구.
