Claims (11)
- 차량 구동 장치에 있어서,차량을 구동하고 회생 제동시에 전력을 발생시키는 제1 회전 전기 기계;상기 제1 회전 전기 기계와 전력을 주고받을 수 있는 축전 장치;상기 축전 장치의 온도를 검출하는 온도 검출 유닛; 및상기 제1 회전 전기 기계를 제어하는 제어 장치를 포함하되;상기 제어 장치는, 상기 제1 회전 전기 기계의 구동 토크의 요구값의 감소가 검출되면, 상기 온도 검출 유닛의 출력에 따라, 상기 제1 회전 전기 기계에 의한 회생 제동이 실행될지 여부를 전환(switching)하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어 장치는, 상기 축전 장치의 온도가 사전 설정된 값을 초과하면, 상기 요구값의 감소의 검출 후의 사전 설정된 시간 동안 상기 제1 회전 전기 기계에 의한 회생 제동을 억제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어 장치는, 상기 축전 장치의 온도가 사전 설정된 값 이하이면, 상기 요구값의 감소의 검출 후의 사전 설정된 시간 동안 상기 제1 회전 전기 기계에 의 한 회생 제동을 허용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 차량에 제동력을 가하는 제동 장치를 더 포함하되;상기 제어 장치는, 상기 축전 장치의 온도가 사전 설정된 값을 초과하면, 사전 설정된 시간 동안 상기 제1 회전 전기 기계에 의한 회생 제동을 억제하고 상기 사전 설정된 시간 동안 상기 제동 장치에 의해 제동력이 상기 차량에 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동 장치.

- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,내연 기관; 및상기 내연 기관에 의해 구동되고 전력을 발생시키는 제2 회전 전기 기계를 더 포함하되;상기 축전 장치는 상기 제1 및 제2 회전 전기 기계와 전력을 주고받을 수 있고,상기 제어 장치는 상기 제1 및 제2 회전 전기 기계를 제어하는 것을 특징으 로 하는 차량 구동 장치.
- 차량 구동 장치에 있어서,차량을 구동하고 회생 제동시에 전력을 발생시키는 제1 회전 전기 기계;상기 제1 회전 전기 기계와 전력을 주고받을 수 있는 축전 장치;상기 축전 장치의 온도를 검출하는 온도 검출 유닛; 및상기 제1 회전 전기 기계를 제어하는 제어 장치를 포함하되;상기 제어 장치는, 상기 제1 회전 전기 기계의 구동 토크의 요구값의 감소가 검출되면, 상기 온도 검출 유닛의 출력에 따라, 상기 제1 회전 전기 기계에 의한 회생 제동의 개시 시기를 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 차량에 제동력을 가하는 제동 장치를 더 포함하되;상기 제어 장치는, 상기 축전 장치의 온도가 사전 설정된 값을 초과하면, 상기 제1 회전 전기 기계에 의한 회생 제동의 상기 개시 시기를 사전 설정된 시간만큼 연기(delay)하고, 상기 사전 설정된 시간 동안 상기 제동 장치에 의해 제동력이 상기 차량에 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제어 장치는 가속 페달의 위치를 검출하는 가속 센서의 출력으로부터 상기 구동 토크의 요구값을 인식하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동 장치.
- 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,내연 기관; 및상기 내연 기관에 의해 구동되고 전력을 발생시키는 제2 회전 전기 기계를 더 포함하되;상기 축전 장치는 상기 제1 및 제2 회전 전기 기계와 전력을 주고받을 수 있고,상기 제어 장치는 제1 및 제2 회전 전기 기계를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동 장치.
- 차량을 구동하고 회생 제동시에 전력을 발생시키는 제1 회전 전기 기계, 상기 제1 회전 전기 기계와 전력을 주고받을 수 있는 축전 장치, 및 상기 축전 장치의 온도를 검출하는 온도 검출 유닛을 포함하는 차량 구동 장치를 구동하는 방법에 있어서,상기 방법은:상기 제1 회전 전기 기계의 구동 토크의 요구값의 감소를 검출하는 단계; 및상기 온도 검출 유닛으로부터의 출력에 따라, 상기 제1 회전 전기 기계에 의한 회생 제동이 실행될지 여부를 전환하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동 장치를 구동하는 방법.
