Claims (3)
- 석영 유리제 외관 내에 복수의 세관으로 이루어지는 다분기관형의 석영 유리제 노즐을 가지고, 외관 선단의 내경이 외관 직동부 내경의 0.65배 이상 0.90배 이하로 축경되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 석영 유리제 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 노즐은 세관 분기부로부터 그 선단까지가 외관 내에 수납되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 석영 유리제 버너.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,세관을 수납하는 외관부의 길이가 외관 선단 내경의 1.5배 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 석영 유리제 버너.
