Claims (16)
- 광원으로부터의 빛을 광촉매체에 조사(照射)하여 생긴 활성산소종(種)을 수중에서 확산함으로써, 물에 활성산소종의 기능을 부여하고, 이 물에 의한 산화 반응을 이용한 미생물의 제균, 기생충의 구충, 원충류의 구제 중 적어도 어느 하나를 행할 수 있는 광촉매 반응수 생성 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광촉매체는, 광촉매 반응을 여기(勵起)시키기 위한 광원의 주위에 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 반응수 생성 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 광촉매 반응수 생성 장치는, 광촉매 반응조와, 상기 광촉매 반응조에 물을 공급하는 급수 펌프와, 상기 광촉매 반응조로부터 광촉매 반응수를 배출하는 배출 회로를 구비함과 함께,상기 광촉매 반응조는, 저수 가능한 밀폐 용기 내에, 이 밀폐 용기 내의 물에 활성산소를 발생시키기 위한 광촉매체와, 이 광촉매체를 여기시키기 위한 빛을 방사하는 광원과, 상기 광촉매체 표면에서 발생한 활성산소종을 수중에서 확산시키기 위한 확산 수단을 설치하여 구성하며,게다가, 상기 밀폐 용기는 내벽면을, 상기 빛을 반사하는 경면(鏡面)으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 반응수 생성 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 광촉매체를 여기시키기 위한 광원은, 태양광 및/또는 인공광을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 반응수 생성 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 광촉매체를 여기시키기 위한 광원으로서, 태양광을 이용할 때에는 광섬유나 프리즘 등의 반사체를 이용하여, 수중에서 광촉매체에 직접 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 반응수 생성 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 광촉매체를 여기시키기 위한 광원으로서, 인공광을 이용할 때의 자외선 조사 램프는 적어도 350∼370nm의 파장의 자외선을 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 반응수 생성 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 광촉매체는, 유기 또는 무기의 필터체로서, 그 표면을 티타니아 박막으로 피복하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 반응수 생성 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 광촉매체는, 알루미늄계 금속의 필터체로서, 그 표면을 티타니아 박막으로 피복하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 반응수 생성 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 광촉매체는 표면에 미리 알루미나 피막을 형성한 금속제 섬유체로서, 그 표면을 티타니아 박막으로 피복하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 반응수 생성 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 금속제 섬유체의 상기 알루미나 피막은, 금속제 섬유체를 구성하는 알루미늄계 금속의 융점의 절반인 온도까지 5℃/분의 비율 이하로 가열하고, 그 후 상기 알루미늄계 금속의 융점 직전까지 가열하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 반응수 생성 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 광촉매체는, 유리제 섬유체 또는 세라믹제 섬유체 또는 부직포로서, 그 표면을 티타니아 박막으로 피복하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 반응수 생성 장치.
- 제7항 내지 제11항에 있어서,상기 티타니아 박막을 구성하는 산화티탄은, 아나타제형 또는 루틸형의 결정 구조를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 반응수 생성 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제12항에 있어서,상기 활성산소종을 수중에서 확산하는 확산 수단은, 초음파 진동자에 의한 100kHz 이상의 초음파 및/또는 수중 팬에 의한 수류(水流)로서, 광촉매체 및/또는 물을 움직이는 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 반응수 생성 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 광촉매체에 접촉시키는 물은, 산소 농도를 높인 물인 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 반응수 생성 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 산소 농도를 높인 물은, 산소, 공기, 오존 중 적어도 어느 1종을 물에 접촉시켜 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 반응수 생성 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,광촉매 반응에 의한 살균 작용의 상류 또는 하류 또는 동(同) 위치에 있어, 254∼265nm의 파장의 자외선을 조사하는 살균등(殺菌燈)에 의한 살균 작용을 일으 키는 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 반응수 생성 장치.
