Description
Claims (8)
- 전극조립체가 내장되어 있는 원통형 캔의 개방 상단에 캡 어셈블리를 장착하기 위한 클림핑 부위가 캔의 상단부에 형성되어 있는 전지로서, 상기 클림핑 부위는 내면측에 위치하는 가스켓을 감쌀 수 있도록 그것의 상단부가 완만하게 절곡되어 있고, 절곡 전단은 상기 가스켓을 압박하도록 내측으로 연장된 상태에서 연속적으로 2 회에 걸쳐 절곡되어 있으며, 캔의 외주면을 기준으로 제 1 절곡 부위의 곡률반경(R1)은 제 2 절곡 부위의 곡률반경(R2) 보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 R1 값은 0.4 내지 1.5 mm이고 R2 값은 3 내지4 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 캔의 외면은 전극 단자부를 제외하고, 절연성 필름으로 감싸여 있으며, 상기 절연성 필름은 높은 충격 흡수성의 고분자 수지로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 캔은 0.15 내지 0.35 mm 두께의 스테인리스 스틸, 스틸, 알루미늄 또는 그 등가물 중 어느 하나의 소재로 이루어진 것을 특징 으로 하는 원통형 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절곡 전단은 클림핑 부위의 측면을 기준으로 40 내지 80 도의 각도로 기울어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절곡 전단은 클림핑 부위의 측면으로부터 1 내지 3 mm의 길이로 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 캔은 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지는 잦은 진동과 충격에 노출되는 디바이스의 전원으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 전지.
