Claims (8)
- 전극조립체가 내장되어 있는 원통형 캔의 개방 상단에 캡 어셈블리를 장착하기 위한 클림핑 부위가 캔의 상단부에 형성되어 있는 전지로서, 상기 클림핑 부위는 내면측에 위치하는 가스켓을 감쌀 수 있도록 클림핑 부위의 상단부가 0.3 내지 2 mm의 곡률 반경(R)으로 완만하게 절곡되어 있고, 절곡 전단은 상기 가스켓을 압박하도록 내측으로 연장되어 있으며, 상기 클림핑 부위의 측벽에는, 클림핑 부위의 상부가 내측을 향하도록, 캔의 측면을 기준으로 1 내지 8 도의 각도로 기울기가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 이차전지.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 소정의 각도는 캔의 측면을 기준으로 1 내지 5 도인 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기울기는 측벽의 중심을 기준으로 측벽의 총 길이에 대해 상하 30 % 이내에서 개시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절곡 전단은 클림핑 부위의 측면으로부터 2 내지 3 mm 의 길이로 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절곡 전단은 클림핑 부위의 측벽을 기준으로 60 내지 85 도의 각도로 기울어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 이차전지.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 캔의 두께는 0.15 내지 0.35 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 이차전지.
