Claims (17)
- 마그네슘 합금으로 이루어지는 기재와,크롬, 망간, 바나듐, 칼슘, 아연, 칼슘, 스트론튬, 지르코늄, 티타늄, 및 알칼리 금속 탄산염으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 수용액으로 하고, 이 수용액을 사용하여 화성 처리를 함으로써 얻어지는 금속 산화물, 금속 탄산화물, 및 금속 인산화물의 어느 1종이 상기 마그네슘 합금의 표면에 형성된 표층과,상기 표층의 오목부에 사출 성형에 의해 침입하고 고화하여 고착되고, 또한 결정성을 가지는 열가소성 수지인 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지, 또는 폴리페닐렌설파이드 수지를 주성분으로 하는 수지층으로 이루어지는 금속과 수지의 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 표층에는 전자 현미경 관찰로 1μm 사방의 정사각형 면적당 판상 결정이 2개 이상 인지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속과 수지의 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 표층에는 전자 현미경 관찰로 침상 결정을 두른 괴상물로 덮여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속과 수지의 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 표층에는 전자 현미경 관찰로 약 직경 10nm, 길이 100nm 정도의 원형 기둥이 다수 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속과 수지의 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수지층의 수지분은 상기 폴리페닐렌설파이드 수지 및 폴리올레핀계 수지를 포함하는 것인
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 폴리페닐렌설파이드 70∼97중량%, 상기 폴리올레핀계 수지 3∼30중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속과 수지의 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수지층의 수지분은 상기 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 및 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트를 포함하는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속과 수지의 복합체.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 65∼100중량% 및 상기 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 0∼35중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속과 수지의 복합체.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 수지층은 상기 폴리페닐렌설파이드 수지와 상기 폴리올레핀계 수지의 합계 수지분 100중량부에 대해서, 다관능성 이소시아네이트 화합물 0.1∼6중량부 및/또는 에폭시 수지 1∼25중량부를 더 배합하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속과 수지의 복합체.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 수지층은 상기 폴리페닐렌설파이드 수지와 상기 폴리올레핀계 수지의 합계 수지분 100중량부, 또는 상기 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지와 상기 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지의 합계 수지 100중량부에 대해서, 충전제 1∼200중량부를 더 배합하여 이루어지는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속과 수지의 복합체.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 폴리올레핀계 수지가 무수말레산 변성 에틸렌계 공중합체, 글리시딜메타크릴레이트 변성 에틸렌계 공중합체, 글리시딜에테르 변성 에틸렌계 공중합체, 및 에틸렌알킬아크릴레이트 공중합체로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 폴리올레핀계 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속과 수지의 복합체.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 폴리올레핀계 수지가 에틸렌-아크릴산에스테르-무수말레산 3원 공중합체, 에틸렌-글리시딜메타크릴레이트 2원 공중합체로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 폴리올레핀계 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속과 수지의 복합체.
- 마그네슘 합금으로 이루어지는 주조물 또는 중간재로부터 기계 가공으로 형상화하여 형상 부품으로 하는 형상화 공정과,상기 형상 부품의 표층에 금속 산화물, 금속 탄산화물, 및 금속 인산화물로부터 선택되는 1종을 형성하는 화성리 공정과,상기 액 처리 공정이 이루어진 상기 형상 부품을 사출 성형 금형에 삽입하고, 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 또는 폴리페닐렌설파이드를 주성분으로 하는 용융된 수지 조성물을 사출하는 사출 공정과,상기 금속 산화물 또는 상기 금속 인산화물의 오목부에 상기 사출 성형에 의해 침입하고 고화하여, 상기 형상 부품과 상기 수지 조성물을 일체로 고착하는 고착 공정으로 이루어지는 금속과 수지의 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 화성 처리 공정은 크롬, 망간, 바나듐, 칼슘, 아연, 칼슘, 스트론튬, 지르코늄, 티타늄 화합물, 및 알칼리 금속 탄산염으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 수용액을 사용한 화성 처리인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속과 수지의 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 표층에는 전자 현미경 관찰로 1μm 사방의 정사각형 면적당 판상 결정이 2개 이상 인지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속과 수지의 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 표층에는 전자 현미경 관찰로 침상 결정을 두른 괴상물로 덮여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속과 수지의 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 표층에는 전자 현미경 관찰로 약 직경 10nm, 길이 100nm 정도의 원형 기둥이 다수 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속과 수지의 복합체의 제조 방법.
