Abstract

 黄銅合金製形状物と熱可塑性樹脂を強固に一体化接合した複合体、黄銅合金製形状物同士、他の金属形状物または樹脂成形物との接着剤接合により強固に一体化した複合体とし、また、改良されたその製造方法を提供するものである。  表面が0.5~10μmの輪郭曲線要素の平均長さで0.1~5.0μmの輪郭曲線の最大高さの粗度を有する面とされ、この表面が30~150nm径の微細突起群で覆われた面となるように化学反応処理を行い、表面が主として酸化第2銅の薄層で覆われた黄銅合金製形状物を形成し、これに熱可塑性樹脂組成物を射出接合または圧融着により接合し一体化した複合体とする。表面処理を行った黄銅合金製形状物同士の、あるいは黄銅合金製形状物と他の金属形状物または樹脂成形物との接着剤接合により一体化した複合体とする。
