Abstract

 バレルの一端に接続した燃焼室で燃焼ジェットを発生させると共にこの燃焼ジェットの温度を不活性ガスの供給により調整し、温度調整された燃焼ジェット中に樹脂のコーティング粒子を供給してバレル内を通過させ、燃焼ジェットと共にコーティング粒子を噴出口から噴出させて基材表面に被覆させるHVOF溶射によるコーティング方法であって、下式(1)および式(2)を共に満たすように、バレルの長さ、燃焼ジェット温度及びコーティング粒子の物性を設定することで、基材表面に樹脂からなるコーティング材が被覆されてなる樹脂コーティング部材であって、前記コーティング材と前記基材表面の界面が、少なくともミクロンピッチの凹凸で両者が互いに入り込んだ構造を有していることを特徴とする樹脂コーティング部材を提供する。
