Claims (7)
- 보조 원료로서 2 질량% 내지 10 질량%의 탄화규소 및 3 질량% 내지 10 질량%의 샤모트 중 적어도 어느 하나와, 결합재와, 잔부가 코런덤, 멀라이트, 보크사이트, 샤모트, 납석, 실리카로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 주원료와의 혼합물로 이루어지고,알칼리 성분을 포함하는 가스 분위기에 열간 노출되는 환경에서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부정형 내화물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합재는 10 질량% 이하의 알루미나 시멘트와, 입자 지름 10 ㎛ 이하의 초미분 알루미나가 7 질량% 이하 및 입자 지름 10 ㎛ 이하의 초미분 실리카가 5 질량% 이하 중 적어도 어느 하나와의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 부정형 내화물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 2 질량% 내지 10 질량%의 탄화규소 및 상기 3 질량% 내지 10 질량%의 샤모트중 적어도 어느 하나는 입자 지름이 200 ㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 부정형 내화물.
- 요로의 내부에 형성되는 내화물으로서, 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 부정형 내화물을 노내에 시공한 후, 알칼리 성분을 포함하는 가스 분위 기에 열간 노출되는 환경에서 사용되고, 표층에 유리화층이 1 ㎜ 이하의 두께로 생성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 부정형 내화물을 시공한 후,내화물 표면에 750℃ 이상에서 용융하고, 실리카를 주성분으로 하여 알칼리금속의 산화물 및 알루미나를 포함하는 용액이 도포되고,그 후 알칼리 성분을 포함하는 가스 분위기에 열간 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 부정형 내화물을 내부에 시공하되, 내화물이 복수의 구획으로 시공되며, 또한 인접하는 구획과 구획 사이에 가축성 내화재가 시공되고,각각의 구획의 설정 팽창대가 사용 온도에서의 상기 내화물의 이론 팽창량 (D)에 대하여 아래 식 (1)의 범위 내가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 요로.A: 인접하는 구획과의 간격p: 가축성 내화재의 가축률Bi: 구획을 구성하고 있는 부정형 내화물이 적어도 노내측에 형성된 절결부의 폭 방향의 길이D: 사용 온도에서의 부정형 내화물의 이론 팽창량i, n: O 이상의 정수
