Claims (13)
- 점토 또는 점토와 첨가제로 이루어지고, 점토입자가 배향하여 적층된 구조를 갖는 점토 박막의 제조방법으로서, 점토 또는 점토와 첨가제를 물, 유기용제 또는 물과 유기용제의 혼합용매로 이루어진 분산매에 분산시켜 점토 페이스트를 제작하는 페이스트 제작공정과, 상기 점토 페이스트를 기재(基材) 상에 도포하여 박막을 형성하는 도포공정과, 상기 박막을 평탄화하는 평탄화 공정과, 상기 박막으로부터 물, 유기용제 또는 물과 유기용제를 제거하는 건조공정과, 상기 기재로부터 상기 박막을 박리하는 박리공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 점토 박막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기재가 장척(長尺)의 형상을 갖는 것으로, 상기 도포공정, 평탄화 공정, 건조공정이 연속된 공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 점토 박막의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 평탄화 공정이, 기재 상의 박막에 압력을 부하하는 공정 또는 기재 상의 박막을 가열하고 압력을 부하하는 공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 점토 박막의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 평탄화 공정이 표면조도(Ra)로 100nm 이하의 평탄도를 갖는 롤을 이용하여 처리하는 것으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 점토 박막의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 기재 상의 박막에 압력을 부하하는 공정이 스무딩 롤 처리에 의한 것을 특징으로 하는 점토 박막의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 기재 상의 박막을 가열하고 압력을 부하하는 공정이 열캘린더 처리 또는 슈퍼캘린더 처리에 의한 것을 특징으로 하는 점토 박막의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 기재 상의 박막을 가열하고 압력을 부하하는 공정이 건조 롤 처리에 의한 것을 특징으로 하는 점토 박막의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 기재의 표면조도(Ra)가 100nm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 점토 박막의 제조방법.
- 점토 또는 점토와 첨가제로 이루어지고, 점토입자가 배향하여 적층된 구조를 갖는 점토 박막으로서, 상기 점토 박막의 표면조도(Ra)가 100nm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 점토 박막.
- 제9항에 있어서,점토 박막의 최대높이(Ry)의 값이 500nm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 점토 박막.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서,상기 점토 박막의 투명성이 전광선투과율로 80%이상이고, 또한 헤이즈가 5%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 점토 박막.
- 제9항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 점토 박막이 장척의 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 점토 박막.
- 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 점토 박막이, 점토 또는 점토와 첨가제를 물, 유기용제 또는 물과 유기용제의 혼합용매로 이루어진 분산매에 분산시킨 점토 페이스트를 제작하는 페이스트 제작공정과, 상기 점토 페이스트를 기재 상에 도포하여 박막을 형성하는 도포공정과, 상기 박막을 평탄화하는 평탄화 공정과, 상기 박막으로부터 물, 유기용제 또 는 물과 유기용제를 제거하는 건조공정과, 상기 기재로부터 상기 박막을 박리하는 박리공정에 의해 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는 점토 박막.
